I used to love Panera but I just spent $38 on two half sandwiches and two Mac’s and the sandwiches barely had any meat. There was little two or three small dime size chunks of bacon on a Chicken Bacon Rancher. It was extremely dry as well. We won’t be coming back. Save your money.

Shrinkflation hits panera!
The sandwich was pathetic, I had this sandwich months ago, and it was perfect. Now, this is just embarrassing , cannot condone will not be going back if this is how they’re doing business.
This is their chabata cheesesteak sandwich.
Don’t care about the service or the atmosphere.I paid for the food and the food with disappointing.I could buy a loaf of bread and eat that next time.

We came here as it was in the area where we wanted to go. I haven’t been to a Panera in ages. They have a screen you can order from or from an individual working in the front counter. We ordered some mix and match combos. The French Onion soup was decent, and my sandwich was also good as it was toasted. The people working here were friendly and the wait for food wasn’t long.

The picture is a small soup and a ‘large’ mac n cheese. The amount of mac in the large bowl could have fit in the small bowl. Charged me for use of the large bowl apparently….

I got a chicken pesto and a lemonade at around 8:40pm and I know I’m not supposed to get orders at that time but I got my order quickly, I even spilled my lemonade and the employees were kind enough to give me a new one and didn’t make me feel embarrassed the employees were very kind and chill. 10/10

I ordered a cinamon roll and Asiago breakfast sandwhich for breakfast. The cinamom roll was good and the service was friendly. Alex was polite and helped me take my order and was very helpful in helping me decide what I wanted. I wish that panera staff would be allowed to heat up the cinamon roll so I didn’t have to but I understand the liability of being burned by the cinamon roll. That’s the only reason I did 4 instead of 5 stars…

TERRIBLE CINNAMON ROLL. Stopped at noon for a sweet treat. Bought a cinnamon roll. When I took out of the sack to eat I literally could not pull off a piece to eat. It was like it had been made a month ago. I would have returned but I was 25 miles away. THESE SHOULD NOT BE SOLD.

This location in the Parkway Village shopping center is always amazing!
We just ordered through curbside-pickup.
You can place your order through the app and when in the parking lot just tap “I’m here.” Foods out in just a couple of minutes.
We love the half soup/half salad combination.
The sliced chicken in their salads is always fresh & tasty.
And a great choice to power a lunch office meeting!

While I do enjoy some of the food here, I have been shocked by the massively increased price of items recently and will not be returning. The pick two is almost $20 at this point which I cannot justify. It used to be $10 just 4 years ago. Even worse, the cup of Mac and Cheese was $7, was about 1/2 cup serving, and tasted like Pasta Roni. At this point, I’m done with Panera. So disappointed.
