Want to be CLEAR were this 12inch chicken bacon ranch pizza came from 53rd in Merrillville, the young lady that made the pizza did a great job, the person that took the order, great job, The heavy-set guy that was walking around the food that looked like he JUST rolled out of bed with a pick in his head that claimed he was the GENERAL MANAGER was very rude, I wanted the hot sauce on the side, He told me in a pissed off tone , comes on the pizza only, or pay 50 cents extra, didn’t understand what the problem was getting it on the side, but his worker did break it down for him in elementary terms, I don’t know what his problem was or is but if this is what you have representing your business, I understand why most of the time when I go to the Chinese place next door why you guys are empty, Just a suggestion you need to get a better representation of a GENERAL MANAGER. I will go back to Dominos’ Hobart and Griffin better service. I gave 1 star just to post

Very disappointed with this Domino’s location. My order took over two hours to arrive, and they forgot to include two orders of wings that I paid for.
The driver told me to call the store and that he would bring the missing items, but no one answers the phone. Extremely frustrating experience.
I do not recommend this place. Don’t waste your time or money.

I went in to pick-up order the girl with the eve braids mixed color on the ends and blue gloves on was touching dough and ringing up people with the same gloves. She acted like she didn’t wanna be bothered. The men were nice and pleasant. I got the wrong order. Please check your pizza before you leave please!

Whenever I order from the app, it gets delivered from this location. These guys are great, always makes it on time. Nicholas made my delivery tonight and honestly it’s crazy out there snowing and because he was a little late he went above and beyond and also brought in a free drink as I’m there regular. Highly recommend if you wanna grab a late night bite and craving for pizza!

The manager here, Jack “don’t worry about it”, should probably not be a manager. Ordered through app at 5:40pm. It is now 7:24pm. Still no food but it was apparently “delivered” called store at 6:45pm, they said their app is down but have no other info for me and can’t tell me at all when their delivery driver may have left the store. My husband went up there to find out what is going on and no one knows anything. Managers only response is he just got here 15 min ago and his last name
Is “don’t worry about it”. Probably the same manager that said one time to send our order of wings dry because they were out of the sauce we asked for instead of maybe calling and asking if they could do something different… communication skills are top notch here.

My wife and I oder all the time usually a great experience and food ..except one time we ordered delivery took over hr they couldn’t tell us when it was gunna be at our home food woulda definitely been cold this Location is 2 mins from my house I had them remake the order they offered no discount and the manager that day wasnt sympathetic at all asked him his name told me dont worry about it..lol

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I had a delivery order that I placed at 7:40pm December 30,2025. On the tracker it said it was delivered at 8:18pm but there was nothing on my porch but on the tracker it said it was delivered. Also I got an email said “this not how the delivery is supposed yo go” or something to that affect and I can put a ss. I called about like 4 different times and the first two they tried to make it seem like I was dumb and I didn’t do everything they said to do. They said they’ll call the driver my second to last time calling and by that time I didn’t even want my order anymore I just want a refund. I called the last time and they saying “on our end it said it was delivered and I should check outside” wen I’ve been checking for almost an hour. They tryna get me a free pop on them and my order after their driver probably ate my food. I’ll give an update if I get my money back.

Ordered the bacon ranch sandwich, cinnamon bites, and the sausage and jalapeño bites. The sandwiches the bread was over toasted all 4 of my sandwiches was burnt, the bites was dried out. It doesn’t make sense that I placed an order on line at 9:30p didn’t receive the food until 11:19p looking on the pizza tracker app the driver was sitting a block over from my house 20 minutes before coming. Pizza was semi hot.

I just went to Domino’s for the first time in around 5 years. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and an eight piece of buffalo wings. The chicken bacon ranch sandwich was delicious just like I remember, but the buffalo wings were a disgusting, slimy, soggy mess. I don’t know what happened to Domino’s buffalo wings, but they taste so different now. When I used to eat them all the time around 10 years ago they were delicious and they tasted like real chicken wings, but maybe five or six years ago they started using different wings and they’re super soft, soggy, and slimy, and don’t have the texture of real chicken wings. I was reading reviews and it said they taste this way because they are precooked and frozen. I also saw reviews that said if you put them in the oven twice they won’t be so soggy, soft, and slimy so I only ate four of those wings and I’m going to try putting the other ones in the oven or my air fryer tomorrow and see if it’ll harden them up. Those were definitely some of the worst hot wings that I’ve ever tasted and they were ripoff off for $14 and change for eight disgusting, slimy, soggy, wings.
