I came in on snow day. Was glad they were open. Despite the look on her face for not wanting to be there in the snow, she served me with grace. I appreciate that. My place to be!!Didn’t remember her name but she had on the Christmas hoodie❤️❤️❤️

Spent almost 50 bucks here and I gotta say I’m disappointed. The bread was uncut, pizza was undercooked..but good after we threw it in our oven for a little longer. The marinara sauce on the side was also good….after my boyfriend seasoned it with garlic powder and salt. Gotta say lads…..I would never recommend. The delivery driver was kind and prompt though! Can’t fault him

Literally every time we order they mess up the pizzas somehow. I used to work for Pizza Hut so I know it’s not that hard to do it right. Yes I know mistakes get made sometimes but not literally every single time. They are close to my house thats the only reason I continue to go.

Last night I ordered 2 pizzas and they were the worst pizzas I have ever eaten. They were full of oil, the consistency of those was dripping with oil. You can see the box where the oil was everywhere.

I don’t know why I give this place a third or fourth chance the thin crust pizza is not thinning crispy. You can tell the dough is frozen, does not even have a good taste to it.

Went to get pickup and they got order right, polite and didn’t take long. Second time, I got delivery. That was a different story and dropped this to a 4.

The staff was not prepared to put out the 2 dollar deal on personal pan pizzas!!! The lobby was full, there was no order, the staff was not relaying anything to the customers on how long the wait was when the orders were saying they were ready and people had been waiting for hours!!! The staff started writing a list of names rather than going by the names in the system but there was no order when trying to get your name on the list!!! The staff even had a customer calling out names of people when their order was ready rather than doing it herself!!! This same customer claimed to have been waiting for 3 hours!!! Several people, myself included, walked out and went to McDonalds!!!
