We just stopped to check the place out. It was of course outside seating. The whole experience was mediocre at best. The Mrs liked her pina colada. I liked my stromboli. Wish I could say more. I don’t particularly like the auto adding of the 18% gratuity. I base tips on service. Nothing automatic about service these days. Our server was fine. Sam I think. So I can’t say I would go back given the prices were not great and the auto add feature makes this a no go for us.

I recently visited Albie’s while in town from out of state and wanted to try something local. When we first walked in, I asked about the wing flavors just to get a quick sense of the menu before deciding to dine in. The young lady at the counter told me to refer to the pink page where the flavors were listed—no problem.
However, when I asked a simple follow-up about how hot the flavors were (mild or spicy), her response came across dismissive and a bit rude. The tone felt nonchalant and unwelcoming, which took away from the overall experience.
Now, credit where it’s due—the pizza was delicious (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and the chef was friendly (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). But the plain wings had zero seasoning (0 stars), and the customer service from the blonde woman with black nails was honestly disappointing.
As someone who visits Virginia Beach often, I wanted to love this spot—but I’ll likely pass next time until the service improves.

Price was around $$. Food and service was good. We had outdoor seating. Wasn’t too hot due to mild weather. It’s more outdoor seating vs indoor. Bathroom could use more attention. Overall a good experience without breaking the bank.

What a place!! Great service. Joe the pizza connousseur LOVED the pizza. They was out of pasta for chicken pramasan. The waiter suggested homemade ravioli with chicken on top.❤ this needs to be permanently on the menu! Let’s not forget a full bar!

I would say the issue is a bad business model. Their menu doesn’t leave room for a demographic of people with lower income. I understand the business has to pay bills but we paid over $40 for a small meat lovers pizza and two bottled waters. 18% auto gratuity, no free water offered and bottled waters were $3.79 per bottle. Everything was expensive. It seems like they only need your business once and they will just get the next person to overcharge. This is my honest opinion.
