Today was my first time ordering from Einstein Bros. Bagels through DoorDash, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, but instead received a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. This was not a small mistake — I cannot eat bacon, so my entire sandwich had to be thrown away. I contacted DoorDash, provided photo proof, and thankfully received a full refund.
I also called the store and spoke with a manager (his name was either Steve or Martin), but the situation already showed a serious lack of attention to orders.
The worst part of the experience was the cinnamon roll. It had an excessive amount of cream cheese icing on top — literally a thick block piled onto it. On top of that, the cinnamon roll wasn’t even warm — it was extremely cold. It looked completely unappetizing and poorly prepared. I threw it away immediately and honestly wish I had taken a picture because it was that bad. At this point, I’m just shocked that food was sent out in that condition.
I understand mornings can be busy and DoorDash orders can pile up, but basic order accuracy and food quality should still matter. Sending customers the wrong food and serving items prepared this poorly is unacceptable.
This was a horrible first impression, and I will not be ordering from this location again. Management should seriously evaluate order verification and food preparation standards.

It was our first time there, but it will probably be our last. The staff had a terrible attitude. I had to repeat my order several times, and even then it was still missing items. Honestly, I’m pretty sure you would be happier buying something from the market in the same shopping center instead of eating a bagel here.

Met a lovely girl who served me promptly. Hen passed along to another chap who took payment, again friendly and thanked me for my business. I appreciate this!
I ordered the All Nighter bagel, cinnamon muffin and a drip coffee. Bagel cooked to order and very tasty. The muffin was delicious and so was the coffee.
Nice vibes inside.

CONs- pricey , service , takes a lot of time
First timer : was in the area and was looking for a good breakfast . First of all, they don’t do omlettes. Was surprised .. all they have is a lot of varieties of bagels and good cream cheese . service was very slow . Took them about 15-20 mins to make our order -3 bagels and egg on a bagel .
Seemed very pricey . They charged about 8$ for egg on a bagel . In other places , you get an omlette for the same price . Bagel with cream cheese was good but they didn’t toast the bagel much . Was a bit hard . Coffee was good . Milk shake was good too.
Lots of parking outside . Good location . Overall an average experience..

They really need to do better. ALOT of egg shells were in our sandwich and I paid for extra brisket and didn’t receive it. It was a waste of money. Definitely my last time going here.

Our very common breakfast place. Usually when you are running to office and want some quick easy tasty breakfast so we usually pick Einstein bros bagel. I like bagels much over other places as they are very soft. And their crème cheese is also soft and creamed easy to bite while driving to office. The place is just a breakfast place opened from 6am to 2pm est. They serve variety of bagels and creamer cheese along with fresh juices. You can ask to toast your bagel or butter them with whatever toppings you want. They are very quick in taking order and serving it. That is also we prefer them apart from taste. You should try them someday if you haven’t yet. I loved their everything bagel toasted with butter with veggie creamer cheese. Also we tried jalapeño bagel with jalapeño crème cheese which kind of tasted like pizza. They have seating inside present and plenty of car parking outside. You can have coffee and customize your bagel into sandwiches too. Great place and great service.

This place is one of my favorites, but today I went to have breakfast and one of the men who works there approached me and gave me a note saying things to me and with his phone number. That bothered me a lot. I’m just going to have a coffee and have a good time, not for a worker from this place to be bothering me. What a shame about the place, I hope they do something about it. He can’t go around bothering women just because he sees them alone.I just read the paper and threw it away. This is disgusting.
