The service was impeccable! So fast and friendly. Chips and salsa were immediately delivered when we sat down without even asking. And the food arrived quickly as well and was so delicious! We got the salad with a side of spicy jalapeño dressing which was so delicious we took a cup of it home. The tostada salad was very wet with sour cream beans and salsa so I dipped the chips into it. The portobello mushroom speciality quesadilla was also so delicious. Highly recommend checking them out.

Casa was soooo good! The food was amazing (so much!!) and we have leftovers for about two days! Our server was a little all over the place, but once she finally got us our drinks, the banana margherita was amazing! Fajitas and the quesadilla were a lot but would definitely get again! We had a nice table right near the window to overlook the water. Definitely going back!

Food was good, the street corn was excellent. Service wasn’t the best our waitress didn’t really know the menu which made ordering a little difficult. Also a manager seemed to be disciplining the staff in the dining room in front of customers, not the best look for them.

This place offers amazing beef. Anything beef is great. I ordered Beef Fajitas…mmm mmm great. My son ordered beef burrito… mmm mmm great! Still need to try other dishes but we really enjoyed their beef dishes. Quality of beef – is they are marinated and cooked…. sooo goooood!

I had to read some of the reviews to see how this place has over 2 stars! Food is edible…that’s the extent of the food situation. Food doesn’t taste good, most of it is bland and soggy. The tortillas weren’t fresh tasting and were cold. Meat is bland and the chicken looked like it was blown up with TNT. Happy hour has decent priced drinks and the all you can eat is cheap, but the food you are eating is cheap too so it isn’t worth it.

When I was a kid this place used to have mice running around and was really gross. It’s cleaned up a bit and I didn’t see mice the last time I was there but the food still sucks. I’m surprised this place is still open after all these years to be honest.

Staff was always friendly I have to point out. Smiles and didn’t have to wait for food long.

We have always had a great meal here. There was not a wait for a table so our party of 4 was seated right away. We had multiple baskets of chips and the guacamole was very good. Our dinners were good but the rice was a little dry this time.

I have been eating at this restaurant since I was a child, and to this day this is the best Mexican restaurant I have ever eaten at. For me the best part of Casa Comida is, and always has been, their salsa. I don’t know how they do it, but their salsa is the tastiest I have ever had anywhere in the world, including in both the Yucatan Peninsula and Mexico City! I think they should bottle it and market it to grocery stores it’s so good. However, this only relates to their mild salsa, as their spicier salsa is nowhere near as tasty which is a shame.

The food itself is also delicious. We live about 20 miles north and have been getting delivery from local Mexican restaurants in Middlesex County, and the food has been lackluster to say the least. We decided to take a drive down to Casa Comida as an excuse to leave the house during quarantine – so glad we did. The quality in the meat is a cut above the other Mexican spots in the area.

Please keep up the good work! Happy to keep supporting you during the quarantine.

To start, we ordered the spicy garlic shrimp. What we got was plain unseasoned shrimp with tartar sauce. Very disappointing. Food was very bland and unimpressive overall, especially for the price. While we were eating at the bar, a dirty looking woman (server) started arguing with the manager right next to us and proceeds to punch the bar… causing myself and my friend to jump up startled. She continues yelling at the manager as she’s sitting at a table on her phone. As we were leaving, she was also leaving and still arguing with the manager, to who she proceeds to tell “you’re not gonna do s*** anyway. This is probably true because the manager clearly has no authority and doesn’t take any action against these employees. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Won’t be back because of this.

LOVE Casa Comida! The food is good (and consistent; we’ve gone there for years!) And the location is nice. The waitstaff is always friendly and the service is quick. And, not that it may matter to others, the bathrooms are always clean. I think it helps that the owner has been on the premises every time we’ve gone there.
