The building and property are very nicely done. The staff who greeted me were very friendly, almost overly, but it’s welcoming. My service was quick and my coffee tasted good. I always receive reliable service and quality of products at my visits. Our dogs also get excited for pup-cups! I enjoy having this location in our area. I recommend.

This drive-thru is a wonderful addition to Decorah, all the coffee and smoothies we order are very good and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is the hours, I really wish they were open until at least 10pm for us night shift workers.

The staff at Decorah’s spot was friendly and very patient and understanding (especially for that early in the morning). The coffee was good. My only real complaint is that for the cost of one large latte you could almost buy a large tub of grounds that would last a lot longer. so my only suggestion is that if you can take the hits to your profits without effecting your employees then that would help a lot in a small nowhere town like ours (especially when you have stiff competition that is just as good and keeps prices lower) just trying to help keep you from making the same mistakes other out of area small businesses made when coming here because i do like your guy’s coffee and the staff was wonderful. if we can get just as good cheaper then we will, big city prices will not last in small town iowa, its as simple as that.

Got a Carmelicious with extra shot of espresso and it was very delicious! Thought to try something other than McDonald’s coffee and glad we did! Love the service and the lady there was very kind to us. All in all a great experience and great coffee ☕️

Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. They were OK, very small portions for plain biscuit and bagel sandwiches with egg and cheese, AND way over-priced. Only good thing is you can get breakfast sandwiches at any time. Will not order again, and not a sweet coffee drinker.
