I was there about 15 min. We had so many times bad experiences with that allocation private ownership they sell you the rotten food. Today I decided to go back there again same mean lady on the register she is Spanish young lady no manners at all. I bought 3 pieces chicken fries biscuit. Came home opened the box old chicken seems like they were waiting for people like me to come. So they can sell their old food too. Here is some pics i took chicken supposed to juice hot hard like rock.
Never going back to that allocation.
Save your money and time don’t go there.

Wow today at this Popeyes was great. I came in for the 8 piece family bundle for dinner but the employee suggested their 16 bucks promo for a 10 pieces and got my side and 4 biscuits and saved some money the employee definitely knows how to sell a promotion. Service was friendly food was hot and fresh. Even with a little wait, it was worth it-

This is a decent Popeyes. They are in a middle store in a strip mall. If you dont go at lunch or dinner hours, they aren’t that busy. They always seem pretty nice in here.

Check the app deals – they’re pretty good. I wish I could still buy 2 legs with biscuits and it would cost like $4, but they base their menu off meals now and can’t really sell single pieces, and the singles dont come with a biscuit. (Mmm HONEY PACKET!)

I dont want your gross fries or rice, or potatoes. Just gimme my chicken and I’ll make a blue box of Mac and cheese at home.

The single pieces dont even include a biscuit anymore, but that is not the fault of this location.

We order at this location all the time. I ordered how I normally do. I went online to Popeyes and ordered. I got the,” your order will be ready soon” message and the text message from my bank of the charge. I asked my 16 year to go get the food. He calls and says they dont have it. I confirmed the address. I then send a screen shot of the order. He then said they need to see the name. I let him know to come get my phone as I can’t get my name and the order in one screen shot. The one employee had the phone and saw the order and then let the phone time out so the website refreshed. Then it was still an issue. I went in and showed my text message of the charge from my bank. The employee said she needed to see my actual bank account. I showed her the charge there as well. I had my kid show the screen shot again of the food so they could make out order. Mind you I ordered at 7:50 pm. We did not get our food until 8:45. The employee was dismissive and there was no since of urgency. No apology or anything. When we finally did get our order, we had red beans and rice and not the two order of fries that was in our order. We showed the screen shot again. The employee acted like it was an issue that we wanted what I paid for.then we stated we still needed our cup. She just turned around and another employee had to give us our drink cup. Now if my kid would’ve just grabbed the paid for cup, it would have been a problem. We just wanted what we paid for and they acted like it was an issue. I’ll just go to another Popeyes in the area before I got back to this location

I had a terrible experience with Popeyes and their app. I ordered a 10-piece chicken meal through the Popeyes app for delivery and paid over $45. The food never arrived. When I called the store, they said they don’t even offer delivery through the app and told me to call customer service. Customer service was useless—automated texts, no real help and I went to bed hungry.

The next day, I called the store again and asked to just pick up my order since they already had my money. When I arrived, the employee—whose name I believe started with an “A” (possibly Alianza or something similar) was extremely rude and dismissive. She said management wasn’t there and acted like I had to beg for the food I already paid for. She only gave me the basic 10-piece meal, worth much less than what I paid, and refused to offer a drink or even apologize. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this experience, I won’t be returning. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

The kind staff who worked the cashier was very friendly and he was helpful while taking my order the manger in charge and the rest of the staff was very quick and packed my order very neatly I wish I took photos to share but the food was too good to waste time
Even tho there was a wait because of the amount people in the store it still came out hot they know how to keep track of the timing on the chicken

I came in really late after leaving the emergency room I hadent eaten good for ten days and I came 20 mins before closing and they were kind and friendly and took care of a large order before closing when i was difficult and made wrong orders for them on accident they were patient

I don’t know what it is, but obviously you and I’m talking directly to you as a franchisee. You’re probably the same person that owns the one on Union Mill Rd.
Your guys customer service is horrible in store and online and through the phone system. You should be ashamed of yourself.

There was an issue with an order that needed to get canceled the other day and I had to show up the next day at the Manassas Rt. 28 location and your employees and supervisor manager gave me a hard time about the receipt. When they exactly knew who I was when I told them my name and what happened.
It took 20 to 30 minutes to try to figure things out before they fix things. You are playing a dangerous game. Keep it up. Take it as a professional warning.

You need to fix your customer service system.

Came in to redeem points from the Popeyes App. When we arrived to front desk we’re told to try and scanned our app. When we scanned the app, we lost our points and showed the front desk and manager that the points were removed. We were then directed to order the food and pay to earn points. When we try to communicate that we were trying to redeem points we were told it can’t happen in store and would need to order online. Showing the company website and app of FAQ sheet on how to redeem points in stores..did not matter.
