This will be our new “go to” for Asian cuisine in our area.
Honestly, we’d drive to Dayton, Beavercreek, Cincinnati, and Columbus for authentic Japanese cuisine.
This place doesn’t just focus on Japanese. They also carry Thai and some Chinese style foods.
The appetizers were excellent. We got the Ogawa special with Crab Rangoon, Geyoza, and Spring Rolls. We ordered the Shrimp Shumai but it never came out.
The Miso Soup was flavorful and FULL of seaweed, and tofu. My 6 yo granddaughter LOVED IT.
For the main courses we ordered a Pork Ramen bowl that was hearty with loads flavor and textures.
Green Curry Chicken which was absolutely like the authentic ones we’ve had from Thai ‘Ohana back in Hawai’i. It was a nice spice, and full of coconut and other flavors.
Also got the Shrimp Pad Thai noodles and not a single bite didn’t have a shrimp. The presentation was excellent!
The service was a bit slow, but that is expected when a new place opens.
Not we came on a Wednesday around 5pm and the seating was filling up nicely by the time we left after 6pm.
Overall, this place is a great spot for authentic tastes of Asia.
Next time we come, we’ll focus on the sushi which we haven’t tried yet!

Went on opening night! The atmosphere is fun and comfortable. They played classic rock, which worked well with their lighting and theme in a surprising way. The menu was massive with tons of variety. The food was delicious and exactly what you want from a hibachi spot. I expect to be back OFTEN and hope to see them thrive!

I’ll start with the reason for the two stars. The food WAS pretty good once I finally got it. I have never in my life written a google review but wow this was a bad experience. I ordered the steak hibachi w/ fried rice & my fiancé ordered chicken hibachi w/ noodles and extra side of fried rice. We also ordered the pork dumplings as an appetizer. After around 20 minutes another waitress brought out our appetizer at the same time as my fiancés meal (minus his fried rice). Probably 10 minutes later our waitress finally came back to refill our drinks and said nothing about when my meal would be out. Around 10 minutes LATER she comes back and asks if my fiancé wants a box for his food and asks me if i’m still waiting on something. I said I never got my food. She asked what I ordered at that point and I reminded her I was waiting on my steak and fried rice as well as my fiancés fried rice. She went back to the kitchen and came back with his rice and still none of my food. After 10 MORE minutes she comes back and asks me again what I’m waiting for suggesting I had steak and noodles. I reminded her AGAIN what I ordered and she told me that she was sorry and that they were working on a big ticket in the back. Then she finally came back with my food AT LEAST 30-35 minutes after my fiancés food was brought out after asking me three separate times for my order. I would advise you if you’re looking to try to order takeout or wait until they get a better hold on managing their service and timing. I know I would be practically crucified if I treated a table this way at my job and they wouldn’t have paid a dime.
