I ordered the Valentine’s Day salad special with a cup of lentil soup, and my husband had the Sacred Salad with a bowl of lentil soup. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. I always say colorful food is a good sign it’s nourishing you well, and this meal was vibrant and full of life.
And you have to try their Honey Ginger Spice drink. It was comfort in a mug: organic ginger, lemon, mint, cinnamon stick, cloves, and honey. Perfectly warming for a chilly evening and so soothing.
Their menu is extensive with plenty of plant-based options, and you can truly taste the care in every dish. We will definitely be back!
Each item had its own flavor, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The prices were affordable and reasonable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the chef was clearly on point with his cooking. I don’t live in the area, but every time I’m in town, I’ll be making sure to stop here for a good Liquid Earth meal!
10/10 STRONGLY RECOMMEND.
It was a hot day, and I arrived hungry! I started with a cup of the gazpacho. It arrived with a wheel of lime to squeeze on top and some crisp baguette toasts. The gazpacho was so flavorful, cooling, and refreshing. I could feel my vitality being restored as I finished it off.
For the main course, I ordered the Sacred Salad and asked to add a scoop of the tofu salad. This was a power move! The salad was a feast for the eyes as well as the palate- a work of art! The tofu salad featured pleasingly firm chunks of tofu in a creamy base and it was perfect for scooping up with all the fresh veggies and greens. I finished things off with one of the 2oz juice shots, ‘the uninflamed,’ made with ginger, pineapple, and turmeric. Delicious!
If you’re in the Baltimore area, and even if you’re not vegan, check out Liquid Earth. The atmosphere is welcoming and homey, service is great, the playlist is on point, and the food here is something special!
Food is supposed to delight the senses. Please see the photo. Nothing about this makes me want to eat it. On top of that, I’m not sure that your kitchen understands what a burrito is. The onions and peppers in a mash of black beans? No sauce? A toasted tortilla? Not a burrito.
I sent it back as inedible and had the pleasure of paying for the experience. No not ok.
I won’t be back.
We had the vegan pastrami sandwich, the BBQ sandwich, and hummus, and honestly, everything was absolutely delicious & flavorful enough to tempt even a non-vegan. We shared a cup of the lentil corn chowder & a cookie too too! (Lots of leftovers) The chlorophyll water and hibiscus tea were refreshing and perfectly balanced.
The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’re so glad we found this gem, and it’s definitely going on our regular stop list. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh, hearty vegan food made with care!
