I pulled into the parking lot where I saw a woman sitting out in the parking lot with her headset on. It was 10:30. When I pulled up to the speaker she said they were no longer taking orders. It was 10:30 and they don’t close until 11:00 p.m. tonight. To the owners of this Taco Bell don’t you think that you need to hire someone else that is willing to do their job? How much money are they costing you and how much are they inconveniencing your customers when they do this? Please feel free to reach out to me. I think that customers should start holding places like this accountable instead of just getting frustrated and driving off.

I have been in this Taco Bell (#32323) quite a few times over the years and I have always had a quick, efficient, and pleasureable experience every time. The person at the front counter is always ready to take my order. The sauce counter is always filled, ready, and always full on napkins. They even have the fabled Diablo sauce. Fast food Taco Bell heaven. Thanks for doing it right.

Walked from my hotel. Got to the door at 7pm on a Sunday. Had around 6 people inside eating and ordering plus cars in the drive thru. Both doors were locked. I walked the whole way for nothing? But they advertise 11pm on the door. Im not happy.

Place to $37 order headed DoorDash half of my food was not in my order when my dad sure tried to make it right by going to the restaurant 7:00 at night they had the door locked to the lobby look straight out or ignored her I called several times with no answer then she goes to the drive-thru window and they tell her if I want to refund I have to go through the app and so I said what can I just get the food that was missing and they said no they would not remake it and did nothing to try to make my order right or take care of the customer very unprofessional very dissatisfied

The absolute worst place to do a pick up order at…u can never get a order past 9 the restaurant is always black and looks like it closed …. you can place an order online pull up to speaker to get order & they always tell u they are closed…took my money but couldn’t get the food absolute hate this restaurant & how it’s being ran in the ground bc lazy people don’t want 2 work! Might as well close at 9 bc you can’t get any food from here afterwards

No one offered to take order at the counter. All chairs were on top of the tables (around 7pm) so no option to dine in. Part of my order was cinnabons, I saw they made a fresh batch & thought my order would be fresh. Ordered 10, only 2 out of the 10 were eatable, the other 8 were hard, it was like trying to eat wood. Rest of the food fresh, thank you for that.

If I could give 1 star I would. This place sucks. I mean the overnight crew suck. Anytime I try and order from there either they have no wifi and their on the phone with tech support or they can only take EXACT CHANGE, if not both. I worked fast food. This is unacceptable customer service. I witnessed it with my own eyes. They let their friends pull up and serve them but tell the customers that they only will accept exact change. They will be outside hanging out with their friends but can’t do their job smh. It’s just plain laziness. I am contacting corporate or the owner tomorrow. Also I’m leaving my review on every platform.
