This is generally a good location. The service is really good, the people are very pleasant. My only complaint is sometimes the order is incorrect. Specifically, the condiments as special requests are wrong or paid items are missing like bacon and cheese.

Customer service was very friendly. However, we ordered the new specialty whoppers on the app. When we got there to pick up the order, they told us that they’ve already discontinued those whoppers, so they no longer have any of the ingredients to make them.
This was frustrating because those specific whoppers were the only thing we wanted (I hadn’t been to any Burger King in over 5 years before that, but the new/specialty whoppers got my attention). I feel like they should take it off the app if they’re not selling it anymore. If I had known they didn’t have what I wanted, I would have ordered from a different restaurant. That was a week ago, and as of today, the whoppers are still available to order on the app.
Also, their fries are TERRIBLE. Like the worst fries out of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. And that’s not a complaint specific to this location, I think that’s just Burger King in general. They really need to revamp the fries.
My recommendation is to order at the restaurant, so that you can make sure they actually have what you want.

I’m not sure what’s wrong with some of their foods like the original chicken sandwich to me doesn’t taste right I’m not sure if it’s because of the chicken patties itself or the mayo they put on it, if it has anything to do with their mayo then they should definitely switch it up on the mayo part because it do be tasting a bit funny! Even at a different location like the one in Markham, IL theirs the same too! I believe it has something to do with their mayo because I rarely eat Burger King I’m not sure what’s going on with their food!!!

This Burger King is my 5 year old granddaughter’s favorite place to eat. The staff was extremely pleasant, her food was fresh and they even gave her the crown hat. This mad her day! The you to the amazing staff!
