My friends and I drove 1 hour just to get Chipotle and this place lived up to the expectations. I would drive 3 hours just to get this food tbh. They were not skimpy on the portions thought so that was good. The bathroom was not cleaned well, and the mirror was hazy (ew). The guys bathroom is not next to the women’s so it was confusing for my male friend. There was a grandma who kept staring at my vest, but it was fine because in the end she complimented it. The service was very good and the works were patients when I was struggling to figure out the card reader. Overall good experience.

The service here is terrible. Everyone working the line seems to hate being there. They all have very poor attitudes. The man making the food was throwing his hat around and landing on the food. Absolutely not a very sanitary place to eat. Do not recommend going here.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon at around 4:30pm – well after the lunch rush. I travel a lot therefore I eat out a lot. I’ve never seen a food establishment so dirty before. I had my kid with me and I almost walked out it was so bad. Every single table was filthy with food and the garbage inside and outside on the patio were overflowing with old garbage. I can’t imagine what that place was going to look like after the dinner rush. Food thankfully was good, fresh and pretty good. But I’m sorry the service and cleanliness were so bad.

The food is pretty good but the service is so terrible. Each worker seems so disappointed when they have to scoop something, let alone get something from the back. I swear one of them cried when I asked if I could have fajita vegetables that he had already taken one step past. If you ask for a tortilla on the side definitely make sure you do it right away, but even then they most likely will need to be asked three more times but you won’t get the chance very easily. Also, even though they have the chimichurri right at the end already packaged, they act like you asked for their first born and will need to be asked at least three times before they will put one with your food. And of course they will pout and act like they’re about to cry every time. Sometimes I think it’s just the day or how busy they are but then it just keeps happening. Regardless of how many people are in the store their first priority is to get you out of there, not giving you what you paid for. The rice is often either hard or mushy. There is no standardized amount of guac or meat given, seems to be a negotiation process to be able to get the amount that I paid for as they often give a quarter scoop and stare at me like they want me to hurry up. None of these things have ever been an issue at any of the Chipotles I have visited in Minnesota or even Iowa.

Honestly don’t even know where to begin. The line was out the door, which is cool fine I get being busy but they have only one person working making all the bowls and burritos kind of ridiculous. Also waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to run out of Carne Asada that’s fine. I’ll wait for more Carne Asada, but I’m not happy about is the fact that I get home to eat my bowl and my rice is hard. Like it’s not even fully cooked Honestly, just go to Qdoba at least they don’t charge you for your guac and queso

We were waiting in the drive thru for over 5 mins… there was 4 employees just standing and looking around acting like they couldn’t see us waiting right there… made eye contact with multiple employees and they just stood there until I waved and one seen looked away and sent someone else??if they were busy I’d understand but it was just ridiculous standing around and everyone acting like they can’t see?… new employees!! Never coming back to this location!

There is nothing wrong with this chipotle. I am confused as to the bad reviews… I have been here MANY times over the last 3 years and they’ve always been very good. It is a good, solid chipotle (and in my opinion, much better than Qdoba). Get the app! It’s great!

Me and my fiance picked up an order with them. I had a burrito and he had a bowl. The lady that gave us the food was so rude. There were atleast 5 people working and only one doing any work. The rest were just standing around. She didn’t say anything and slammed the door when she handed us the food for the first time. I checked the bag and the lady gave me a bowl instead of a burrito and had it all wrong. I am also allergic to a spice there, I can only have it made a certain way and it was never a problem before. When we turned around we noticed she forgot our chips and all of our dip. She remade it but gave us such bad attitude. I am very disappointed with the service.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt this one was needed . My granddaughter loves Chipotle and was visiting so I took her to the one on 41st Street. It was Saturday 11/8 at 7:30. There was a line of people which moved pretty quickly and that was the only positive . They were out of chips which the person taking your order should tell you right away instead of at checkout. The ice maker wasn’t working(warm pop) , no forks or knives, tables were dirty and garbage was overflowing at every container. The workers appeared to be overwhelmed . Very disappointing. Not sure we will go back unless they clean it up.
