Had to give a star to post but take that away.
O all around. Never was able to try food because we were seated quickly but the waitress walked past multiple times, never offered a drink or even,”I’ll be with in a minute”
. After 30 mins of waiting 2 were seated next to us and were waited upon 5 mins after their arrival.

**humor because this is my first review EVER im not a complainer for small things. At least give us crayons if you plan on people waiting this long.

As an ongoing customer at Veys, I was very disappointed with my recent order of two chicken wraps with fries. One wrap was great, but the other was completely unsatisfactory. The chicken seemed undercooked and had a terrible freezer-burned taste, making it feel like I was biting into rubber. It was a letdown to have such a disappointing experience, and it may take me a while to order from here again sadly.

A solid spot to grab dinner with your family. Our table had a variety of food options and everyone was satisfied with their food.

The portions are the perfect size and you definitely leave feeling full. We will definitely be back.

Waitress was wonderful! the manager??
It started with hair in the grilled chicken sandwich! Then tomato soup that was more like marinara meat sauce. Then the ? Manager? Came over and apologized for the cook, “ putting a little gift in your sandwich!”? GIFT? It was a hair, not a funny thing. At a minimum offer the pay for drinks( she promised to take it off the check even though we sent it back instantly). Chicken Alfredo? How can you screw that up?? I do t know how they sent that to the table. It was brownish in color and IT WAS PASTE!!! Sorry to drag this out but, THERE’S MORE. Im not going to post the video of the dirty fuzz swinging from the ceiling air vents but that dirt is going to end up in someones meal very soon. Might i suggest the Long John Silvers one block away!!!

It was our first time here. The servers were very friendly and the “lounge” was comfortable. The food was very good. Two thumbs-up for sure. I had the Turkey Devonshire and my daughter had the Open-faced Roast beef. We will definitely be back to try another menu item.

The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star experience is that I believe the kitchen staff were overwhelmed from multiple parties. The food that was served warm was excellent. Some people in our never received their food until everyone else was finished. It wasn’t a bad experience it would have just been nice if our party would have received their food within a reasonable amount of time of each other.

My husband and I went for the first time this afternoon. Atmosphere was quiet and inviting. Waitress was amazing, the Food was perfection. I’ve gone gluten free and finding a GF burger bun- has not been an easy task. The bun was delicious, the burger was JUICY and flavorful. 10/10 would recommend!

For our anniversary I took my wife here. Neither of us had ever been here before so we agreed to try it. We had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, then we both had the baseball cut steak with their monstrous baked potato . Both steaks were done perfectly!! The wait saff was arguably the best we’ve ever had. If you don’t try this place you obviously don’t enjoy wonderful eating experiences!

This place recommended to me by a local as I was passing through. Just wanted a quick bite. Sat in the bar. I just had the fried green tomatoes with crab meat. Mmm mmm delicious. Very rich but the balsamic cut through the creamy blue cheese. This is apparently a signature dish there. A must get!
