The short manager with the curly hair With a star tattoo on her neck was pretty rude to her employees as well as serving me a dry all nighter bagel with almost no chipotle mayo you could tell she was in a rush and in a very big hurry for I don’t know what? because she wasn’t going anywhere? lol It was just the beginning of their shift? So I was so confused on why she was being rude and such in a hurry. If you can’t handle managing a sandwich shop then maybe you shouldn’t be a manger lol bagel was dry and not as good as it typically is. I did not appreciate the managers vibe very un welcoming

Coming in around 1:30 lady with curly blue/black hair and another lady with a brunette ponytail both greeted me politely! They were both very friendly and had good customer service with communications!
Would come back here just for the service!

I rarely leave reviews unless absolutely necessary, and unfortunately today was one of those occasions, specifically for this location.
I placed a mobile order this morning for five Baker’s Dozen & Shmear to deliver breakfast to five different veterinary clinics. When I arrived around 9:20 a.m., my order had been condensed into two large boxes with a note attached stating there was an issue and to see the cashier.
The cashier I spoke with was kind and helpful, and explained that due to a supply shortage, all 60 bagels were placed into two boxes. While I understand supply issues happen, I explained that the orders needed to be separated since it was being delivered to five different locations.
At that point, the shift lead or manager or whoever she was response was abrupt, defensive, and dismissive rather than helpful. I was told the bagels “couldn’t be bagged” due to concerns about the bags ripping, and the tone made it feel as though my request was unreasonable and I was an inconvenience for even stating so. No alternative solution was offered.
I ultimately asked for bags and divided the order myself in my car, which took an additional 20 minutes. I tested the bags and, shocker, had no issues — none ripped or showed signs of tearing, even after delivery.
When I later returned after bagging the bagels to ask about a coffee I believed was included in the order (which turned out to be my mistake), I was again met with the same confrontational tone from the same shift lead instead of a simple clarification.
I understand stores get busy and shortages happen, but clear communication and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, the lack of assistance and the dismissive tone turned what should have been a straightforward pickup into a stressful and upsetting experience.

We haven’t been to Einstein’s in a little while. Double the price and half the value. Bagels are tiny. Food was mostly thawed out. To get the food in the picture you have to select multiple expensive options. It makes me sad. This used to be a treat for us. There are several local options that are worth the money.

I ordered a bakers dozen delivered. Whole, not sliced, and 2 shmears. What I received by delivery, the order had wrong bagels, all sliced, and no shmears.. I called Einstein to let them know, and the gal who answered was very polite, told me that my order was still at the store…so the driver returned to get my correct order and delivered it. The order arrived with the shmears I ordered, the correct bagels- BUT bagels were sliced when I asked them not to do so. It was on the receipt to not slice the bagels. Worse, most of the bagels had been sliced barely at the top of the bagel, while only a couple were properly sliced down the midde..and only 2 arrived whole. No excellence there- the workers pay no attention to the important details. the atmosphere rating is for the very nice gal who spoke on the phone..I won’t buy bagels from them again. Never again.

Gary personality and welcoming positive attitude is one of a kind! The food he made was also fast, fresh and delicious! The store was clean and organized. My only complaint would be the lady who checked me out appeared to be tired and in her pajamas. If it wasn’t for Gary customer service I probably would have walked out

Wow lady with blue hair extremely rude, she and the others working there were more interested in socializing with each other than providing customer service. Food was awful, poorly put together. It’s such disappointment because it’s used to be so good.

Came in to pick up an online order 20 minutes after placed as instructed by app. No order waiting. I stood waiting for 9 minutes while 4 employees stood around laughing and one sweeping. Finally an employee asks what my name was on the order. When I tell her she stated they didn’t make it because they were out of our chosen bagels. I’m not upset that they ran out but that no one including the manager ever asked. 40 year old manager was focused on throwing trash and another sweeping and other two laughing. It is 11:30am. They close at 3pm so I didn’t walk in at close with high expectations. If they were teenagers learning would be one thing. But adults and a manager? #fail your attention should be the customer first.

Food was good. Pricey. Hot mocha was good. Friendly staff. The employee would smoke her cigarettes by the entrance and when she came in to help i dont think she washed her hands. The place is pretty dirty. The floors, walls, the trim by the wimdows.

This place is a ripoff. I paid extra for egg whites for my mom who can only eat egg whites, but it came w a regular egg and yoke.
My bagel came with barely any cream cheese. I won’t be buying fr this place anymore. Ripoff, they stole fr me, rather than giving what I PAID for. I do know they give you more in person, but delivery, they care less. I don’t do business w places who steal and rip ppl off.
