I know I shouldn’t expect too much going to little Caesars but no sauce is CRAZY lol. The cheesesteak puffs were all burnt. I’ve went to this location a couple times with no problems. Looks like new people tonight. They need to be retrained asap.

Rarely do i ever try and leave a bad review for a place but this has to be the worst little Caesars out there, I left my house around 6:12 pm (left around 7:45 empty handed), got there and sat in the parking lot till the expected time, once the app said it was “ready” I walked in and stood in with the rest of the mob of people, the whole time I stood there, only about 4 times did the employees try and help people. I don’t blame any of this on the employees, it seems the problem lies with management, equipment, and lack of staff. Ive been to this little Ceasars in the past and the transaction has been smooth but seems like nothing in that store works, and after I was the LAST person to be helped (even after new people came and went) all they told me was “its been canceled” again not blaming the staff but nowhere did it ever say it was canceled, at this point all I want is a refund but without an order on there end how was I possibly going to get one, there system is wacky, there equipment is busted, and trying to get attendant cuz of there lack of staff is a gamble, good luck to anyone who orders here. At the end I just left, no refund no help and had to settle with wawa pizza

This location needs better or even new management. Placed my order on line & still sat outside waiting an extra half hour just to go back inside and them to say they cancelling/refunding all orders cuz they are short staffed and closing hours early. honestly HELL YEAH they should! Whoever is the manager you suck & it businesses that run like this that burn out good employees.

All I have to say to the owner or manager if you care about this place replace might want to look at other options for new employees. I called 3x not answer went online placed my order got my food cold because of the laziness this can get someone very sick and even death.
I asked can my order be remade my order was redone, but it was not the cheesy bread or the crazy cheese bread that I asked for. It was a ball of raw dough with cheese on it. Very raw I don’t know if the guy did it on purpose
But Look at these pictures I wish I coulda took better ones this is the last time I’ll go here and I will place a complaint with the health department

Food quality and order preparation are never consistent. Employees aren’t the friendliest or seem to even care about customers. I witnessed an employee stopped taking a customer’s order to pick up their personal phone and have a conversation.

Food very undercooked and it’s not the first time. There’s even spot on the pizza with no cheese. They need to clean house and get competent employees. That or train them better because this is honestly embarrassing. Third time I gave them a shot and each time the crust is raw. Advice if you buy here is to rebake your food.

The man working the front was very nice and even gave me free wings. The order was still not complete after 3 tries. The woman who made the food and handed it to me was rude. I wanted the extra sauce that I paid for and she refused. I order $92 dollars worth of food that included the tip, finally just took the food and left. I will not go back to this location it wasn’t a good experience.

I waited 2 hours for crazy bread and the manager was giving stuff out for free to his friends. He made me wait and then he hid in the back while I stood up front waiting for my food. Manger needs to be fired and replaced, never meet someone so oblivious and ignorant as that man. Also everyone should go ordered after me was getting all there food fresh and hot that also included the crazy bread I ordered but he didn’t give it to me and made me wait longer because he was friends with them. He also was saying how he brings a bunch of food home without paying for it. Also was serving food with no gloves and was touching trash, cross contaminating everything. Close it down, this manager is a lost cause.
