The store was very busy when I went in but Danika and Mani held the store down. They were very nice and apologetic that there was a wait. They got the line controlled a quickly as possible. They are great team members. The pic is of my leftovers. The bowl was filled to the brim. This was my first experience at Chopt and I would come back.

I would like to provide feedback regarding the MOD working the closing shift on 2/26/26. During my visit, I observed a new employee who appeared to be in need of guidance and support. She asked for assistance, and it seemed that the coaching and support provided were limited.
As a manager on duty, it’s important to ensure new team members receive proper attention, coaching, and encouragement so they can perform confidently and maintain the quality of service expected. In this situation, the level of engagement and leadership did not reflect the support that a new employee may need, especially during a closing shift.
I respectfully suggest that greater attention and involvement in coaching new staff would help improve both employee development and the overall customer experience.
(new employee was great) even though she improperly tendered out the wrong amount and overcharged us but not much to expect when the manager didn’t even help her ring out the order.

I was at Chopt during the lunch hour rush pick up and walk-up line was crazy and was growing by the second. There were only two people working Danika & Mani and although they were short staffed and it was overwhelming they served every single person with a smile and a pleasant attitude. Thank You so much ladies, my salad was AMAZING!

Loved the seasonal cajun shrimp salad I got and my husband really enjoyed the southwestern steak salad! Staff was friendly and helpful. My husband has a bunch of allergies (nuts, etc) and the staff helped ensure that we felt safe and answered all the questions we had about the menu.

I have never been here before and I’m actually leaving this review before I even eat any of my food because Nevaeh was so kind and so helpful. I came in at about 8pm and she guided me on how ordering works, I asked her what her opinion of dressings, she had a bright smile, and made me feel so welcome. So even at the end of what I assume what might have been a long shift, she met me with kindness and patience. Thank you Nevaeh! 🙂
