Pricey and smaller portions on ice cream. Service was a bit slow, but they did only have 2 youg ladies taking and fulfilly orders. Not sure I can justify comibg based on price/value.

I have been coming to this place since I was old enough to ride a bike. Lots of options, and they make great milkshakes. The kids working there seem to enjoy it and are friendly. Can be slow at times but only because of how busy they can get. Picnic tables on the side are nice, but I wish they had more.

I rewarded the Grands ice cream for 0 cavities at the dentist. had a sloppy joe that melted in my mouth and the best turtle twister! Sorry for no pictures of the sandwich but it was a fresh soft bun It offset the twister perfectly!!!
And picnic tables in the shade to keep the mess out of my car.

A lot of the time it’s great. But there has been a recent lack of consistency. No idea wth happened with this coney but I don’t think I would have given it to someone. Bun just fell apart when I picked it up (last 3 I’ve gotten) and a legit absurd amount of cheese(enough for about 4-5 of these)only on one side of it.

This place is typically busy so be understanding when you have to wait for your order. While that’s not an issue to me, I know it can be to others. The food tastes delicious and the ice cream is great too. My kids love making trips here for ice cream cones!

So I ordered food at 4 to pick up at 5:30. Ok so shift change in which the whole day crew was all in on it to make sure the next shift know I’d be here at 530. Yes I was 30min late getting here at 6:02 where I was greeted by a team gathered in front where they all seemed scattered like oh it’s the lady to pick up order all going every which way Then one must of been team leader looks over towards the instructions from dayshift about my order and proceeds to tell me well it says to start or pickup was at 5:15 and we haven’t even started yet. I just walked away still standing here in amazement. Time of complete order 6:15. Mushrooms are absolutely discusting

Never been here before, thought we should try! However, when we got up to the window, the workers did not seem to know their menu items very well. One girl didn’t even know what a cake cone was until we had to explain it to her. The family next to us even told us that every time they come here that they have to tell the workers multiple times to get what they want. When I got my cone (a soft serve hand dipped in chocolate) it came out so lopsided and barely even on the cone, seen in the picture attached (then they acted like I was the problem when I asked for a bowl LOL). Also, they forgot about my boyfriend’s ice cream, and in a hurry to make it, they did not switch out the dish previously used on peanut products and used it to make my boyfriend’s order, and he’s allergic to peanuts. Overall such a weird and bad experience, at least it gave us all a laugh!

This place is unbelievable. I ordered a milkshake and this picture is what I got. They told me that smalls are 16 oz, which is why I picked it (more than enough). They only filled my cup to the half way line. I asked them about it when I picked it up and they told me it was 16 ounces. When I got home, I filled it to the proper amount with a measuring cup. Quite a difference! What a sham.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This is obviously not to place to go if you want any healthy choices. The sandwiches were good and they were generous with their ice cream portions. We were hoping to see a menu online before we arrived but I could not find one so I’m adding this picture for those who are interested in their food choices.
