Wings were solid. The Dutton burger was extremely well prepared and flavorful. Beer was cold. Sydney is a sweetheart and made sure we were cared for. Will return to try the pizza as it smelled incredibly good.

Tonight we ventured west to Muenster to try out Doc’s Sports Grill Muenster for the first time. First off, you have to love the town of Muenster. They have a cool downtown. Muenster is steeped in German heritage. It always reminds Aimee of her German roots.
While Doc’s is far from German it is still located in the heart of Muenster and fits right in. Our server was awesome and took great care of us. I am not sure I can spell her name correctly but here is my best shot….Mahailey (If you know her please let us know the correct spelling).
Aimee order The Dutton burger without a bun. It had grilled onions and jalapenos, pickles, bacon, cheese, and Doc’s special sauce. It also came with a side of fries. Mike ordered The Plain Jane doubled with no cheese or bun (2 beef Patties). The food came out hot and fresh. Everything was seasoned well and very tasty.
This is another local restaurant to add to your list of local places to support.

This is the best burger I’ve had in Texas. I didn’t take a photo of the food but every single burger that I saw come out was flawless and looked just like the photo in Google already. The burgers are fresh smash burgers and the DOC SAUCE ! this ain’t no thousand island sauce this is pure flavor with a hint or spice. Think high end good burger sauce I never clear my plate especially a burger and this time I did. I live an hour and 15 mins away and I’d say this place is worth the drive ! ONE thing they could do better is the bathroom was dirty. The sever and bartender were amazing !

Came out the first two time and it was wonderful no complaints.. today we purchased a much more expensive item from the menu and the waitress charged us for the condiments which she didn’t say was a extra charge and the condiments were free and bigger with the cheaper items the first two times we came. So I don’t uderstandable there logic on pricing but it is what it is. On another note the waitress was very busy so I understand when you get backed up but I don’t understand why I had to keep asking the main waitress for the items we needed. Overall I guess it depends on the waitress the experience you have but it still a good place to go ❤️ the main waitress who is also the one of the owners is what makes makes this place great.. please stop by and give it it try and grab a beer because it cold and delicious

Went into Docs today and ordered a pizza smash burger and a Dutton. Food was DELICIOUS and the wait time was no time. Billy came out and to ask how the food was then I found out he was the cook. What a great atmosphere and amazing food, along with the staff!

First time eating here as my girlfriend and I spent the day shopping in cute downtown coming from Oklahoma. We asked around at multiple shops to see where everyone ate and Doc’s kept coming up. We are so glad we tried it because it was delicious!
They have a large menu for lunch and supper with burgers, sandwiches, soups, salads, steak, salmon, etc. They also have fresh, homemade desserts everyday, and we tried the triple layer carrot cake which was out of this world! Would eat here just for the desserts alone.
They have a small bar and a huge beer garden (sports bar) in the back with large TV’s and even a fireplace for winter since it has no windows. The place was once a hospital so thus the name was born. It has brick walls and a tin ceiling with lots of history on the walls, cool cozy small-town atmosphere.
I got the chicken salad sandwich on a pretzel bun which was fantastic! Especially liked the unique flavor and softness of the bun. My girlfriend got the turkey, avocado & swiss sandwich on a spinach tortilla. She said it was equally delicious but big enough for two. I also got a side of mac & cheese and was disappointed that it tasted just like the Kraft kind you buy in a box. Thus the 4 stars I’m giving this place. Otherwise, we will definitely eat here again if ever in Muenster.

Great food, friendly staff. Small, downtown Texas atmosphere. If you’re hoity, toity this is not the place for you. If you like a down home, friendly, neighborly atmosphere…come on in. The carrot cake is to die for!!
