I got the smallest amount of meat possible. 2 little tiny ribs, a splop of pulled pork, 3 thin little slices of turkey bc they didnt have chicken. The turkey was pink so i hope it was cooked, the green beans had a funny taste to them and the potato salad, well I threw it away. I have never ever gotten food this bad there or this small of an amount either. I have always been satisfied with the food and service but not today. I’m just praying I don’t get sick from eating it. And the bread wasn’t even cooked. I was the only customer in there and there were two workers and I waited way to long to get my food ♀️

There was one single guy running the whole store and getting crushed but he was making sure everyone was taken care of, both in line and the dining room, and provided better service than I’ve experienced here years ago when multiple people were on shift. Would gladly come back more often now knowing that, even if there’s a little wait. The BBQ isn’t mind blowing or anything but it’ll do

Last night I stopped in to get some food to go. I was greeted immediately and while Carrie was taking my order, she was working quickly to fulfill some online orders. She memorized my order and was expedient with getting mine prepared and out to me. The food was good (chain restaurant BBQ / fast food) and the service was excellent.

I ordered four chicken burgers online. When I arrived the food was ready as promised according to the time. The lady that checked me out was very friendly. That is all of the positives that I can find. All four burgers were plain although I ordered two with pickles and onions. The chicken itself was cooked well but it was salty and had almost no flavor. My $33 could have been well spent elsewhere. I won’t go back.

Smelled great immediately walking in. Friendly and helpful staff. Good choices with combo options. Chicken and pulled pork were dry. Ribs were bland.
I thought we’d have leftovers with the prices but the portions were too small for leftovers. I’m full and with the sauces everything was ok. I prefer eating BBQ and not needing extra sauce to dip in.

God Awful! The dogs didn’t even want it. We had a loaded baked potato with brisket. There was barely any meat. And no flavor. The mac n cheese was Eeeyuck!!! Seriously. No seasons or flavors. The ribs were disgusting. And you need extra butter for the baked potato and the mashed potatoes. They were both dry. Also, they close at 9, but they really close earlier. I walked in yesterday at 8:45 and asked were they closed. The older lady said yes. Why not just change the time if you are going to make people feel like coming in before closing is an inconvenience. They had the floor mopped and wet 35 minutes before.

Dickey’s on West Prien Lake was on point today. I was greated as soon as I walked in. The two gentleman behind the counter were attenative & friendly. I immediately said to hold the roll but was surprised to find out they have changed their bread! I didnt catch their names but one was training the other and he was doing a fabolous job at training. I asked for lean brisket and got it exactly how I like it! The food was hot and fresh. Great experience!

Slow day only us and two others came in. Had the three meat plate comes with two sides. My choices in meat were the brisket smoked chicken and sausage. All meats were moist flavored tender.

Hubby and I had the opportunity to go grab a quick lunch together. It was delicious! And so many choices. I had the loaded baked potato with brisket. It was so big I brought half home to enjoy as a second meal!

This place has really gone downhill. Understaffed and the person that took our order seemed like a space cadet. I waited for atleast 20 minutes to be greeted and another 40 for my food. I ordered 2 mac stax, this particular item in my opinion has always been a little pricey but you got alot of mac and brisket for the cost. When I got to my truck, I opened the box to find about half of the mac you used to get and hardly any meat. Severely disappointed
