I have passed this place many times in my travels and went to a lot of places nearby. I had never heard of this place and as it turns out I have been missing out. One of my co-workers went here and told me that I need to try it out as it is legit. Who am I to argue? I went and checked it out and went with his recommendations. I tried the signature toasted taco in corn or flour and an original taco with a side of rice and beans. Their rice and beans taste very traditional and I like them very much. The toasted taco stole the show and was my favorite with carne asada with cilantro, onions, and guacamole sauce, the original was good as well. I will go back and try the other meats and styles in the very near future. Lol. Overall this is great taco place with traditional great music and food. Try it out yesterday!!

This was my first time here; it was hard to make up my mind with all the tasty options. I had the keto taco and toasted taco with pastor-both came with onion, cilantro, and guacamole. They were scrumptious! The dining room is very clean with ample seating, even though it’s not a big place. I can’t wait to go back!

Be weary with ordering, I ordered a burrito express with all the good stuff and paid an extra 1.75 for extra beans, rice and guacamole to only come and find out I ONLY GET bean and cheese on the burrito.. on top of that the flavors are weak, portion sizes are terrible for what you pay for. Service had me on hold for ten minutes just to tell me they couldn’t help me with the issue. Waste of money and time.

These are the best tacos I’ve ever had.

I get the Toasted Taco with nopales and no guac, then add their red salsa to it. A toasted taco somehow caramelizes cheese onto the entire surface of the taco. That magic pairs perfectly with nopales, which are sliced prickly pear cactus, a superfood.

I love these tacos so much.

These nopales tacos were great and just what I wanted. I remember as a kid my nana would make some from cactus in the yard and it was good meaty strips just like these. I have been to other places and it’s sometimes just too mushy. These were firm and grilled nicely. I will definitely be back for cactus tacos again. The hot sauce was tasty. I also had a chicken asada and the flavor was good but a little dry, the sauce and pickled onions helped turn that into a good taco. My dad ordered a burrito and said it tasted fresh and he enjoyed it. The juices they sell looked good and came in a nice big bottle. The restaurant was busy and had a lot of military from the base nearby. Can’t really go wrong.

Joes Tacos was very very good. The toasted cheese tacos were delicious, the corn tortillas had great flavor, the Asada and pastor tacos (which I had) were so good. Definitely recommend this place for some tacos and will definitely be returning. Also had the horchata with was pretty good, I liked how it came bottled. Took one home to drink later.

I love Joe’s tacos and have been a fan since I first found their taco truck years ago. I was in the area and we were starving and decided to stop. My daughter had never been and I knew she would love it. When we arrived it was pretty busy and everyone was enjoying a late lunch. We were helped right away, but unfortunately the girl at the counter was not very friendly and honestly looked like she was having a very bad day. I asked a couple questions and she was just done for the day I guess. We ordered three carne asada tacos, a vampiro, and the cheese wrapped taco with asada. I love their green salsa the most, but red and green are good. I love the pickled onions. They have fresh made horchata and agua Fresca and fountain drinks as well. The location is clean with both high and low too tables. There are also restrooms if needed.

Any time I’m in the area this is exactly where im going to get food. Everything has been amazing. The burritos work really well for buying the day before and bringing to a work site.

I’m extremely disappointed with Joe’s Tacos. My coworkers and I ordered lunch from here, and shortly after eating, we all became seriously sick with what appeared to be food poisoning. The food tasted off, and the quality was nowhere near acceptable.

This place clearly doesn’t prioritize food safety or cleanliness. We will never be eating here again, and I strongly recommend others stay away for their own health and safety.
