Bona was amazing. She was attentive but not overly attentive. She was absolutely pleasant. The atmosphere was that ideal Sunday morning brunch crowd. But the food was fairly standard. We had the breakfast poutine which wasn’t anything to write home about, It’s all Gravy biscuits & gravy which was safe & Southern Scram with pancakes. The mimosa flight a had nice smooth balance. From seeing other reviews, we would probably stick with the more commonly talked about items from this menu like the cinnamon roll.

First visit and I’m a believer! This is my new favorite breakfast spot in GR! Been meaning to try this place and finally had the opportunity today and it did not disappoint!! We used the wait list and rec’d confirmation, then another text when our table was ready. We were warmly greeted and seated. Nick our server quickly arrived greeted us, shared the specials and drink menu. Our order arrived quickly and everything looked amazing. We dove in and what a wonderful experience, every bite was delicious. The food was hot and Nick kept the coffee mugs filled. I had the kicking chicken Benedict-absolutely a winner!! My wife had an omelette and GF pancakes, all of which she loved. From the beginning to the end an amazing meal. Great service, delicious food. The restaurant has a beautiful interior. Loved it!!

What a pleasant local restaurant! Reasonably priced, good portions. We had the kids menu mickey pancake and the power bowl with over easy eggs. Super friendly staff, the power bowl hit the spot with tons of veggies. Already been twice this week and we’ll go back again soon I’m sure!

Wow! Love this place. First time being there, place was packed. Got to sit at the bar and watch the baristas make their drinks. They were very busy, so service was slightly less attentive but overall the place was great. Food came out SO FAST and was excellent. Prices decent. Drinks amazing. Definitely will be back!

If you told me their tiramisu french toast causes cancer, I would still eat it everyday. This was their January special, and I would sell my soul for it. Please make it a regular menu item!
Brunch House is a staple spot between my friends and family. This is THE place to bring anyone who is visiting, a birthday, or just because. Staff is always friendly and the food never misses a beat. Another tip: I typically get “in line” on the yelp app unless it’s a weekday.
Other regular menus items that have won my heart: pancakes with blueberry streusel, chicken and waffles, mocha latte, and the Cali Scram.

This place has a very cute setup inside, love it. I started off with the affogato- delicious and a perfect balance of sweet and bitter notes 10/10. Then went on to the Cali scram with pancakes. The pancakes were pretty standard. They were a little on the thinner side but overall they had the good standard pancake flavor. The Cali scram- aesthetically very pleasing. The jalapeño ranch on top is delicious. I felt like the eggs and potatoes were lacking salt but added some hot sauce and it was pretty good. I would have rated this a 4/5. The reason I am knocking it down to a 3 is because while I was eating at the bar, they began cleaning and did not wring out the rag; so when they went to put the cloth on the bar the cleaning water or chemical flung into my food. I could not enjoy the rest of my meal after that.

Food always good, I usually get the same thing every time I go lol, their chicken waffles is 100/10, their breakfast tacos 10/10, the French toast 1000/10 and their coffees are also really good. One of my fav restaurants!!
I just wish the personal were more polite, honestly I keep going back because of the food…

The food is absolutely amazing. So many flavors in every bite. I had there French toast with chocolate, bananas and strawberry. My sister had a Cali bowl. Then we split a freshly made cinnamon roll! This was our first time going and we already wanna go back and try somthing else. It seems to be a very popular place so I recommend getting on the waitlist online.

Decided to take this drive and meet my friends from NC here. There was a long wait but it was worth it. The food was delicious, drinks were amazing and it was inexpensive. I had the Peanut Butter stuffed French Toast, which is a MUST HAVE! I loved them. I also ordered the Southern Scram which was great! The best part is that they served Motu Viget which is a great tasting “Black Owned” wine. Can’t wait to go back here when I’m in town
