We live across the street, but I can’t even count how many times we leave this Dunkin location disappointed. We would go here everyday if our orders weren’t messed up constantly. We will actually drive to another location, instead of just taking the walk across the street sometimes. Our orders have been messed up more times than they’ve been correct. One time I walked in-no customers in the drive through, no customers inside- and they told me “were really backed up right now you might want to go somewhere else”
So I did!
Just another mess up today, ordered the new ultimate sandwich, and didn’t get the bacon jam. New sandwich is closer to 6$, plain bacon egg and cheese is closer to 5$. So I paid the new price- but didn’t get the new product.
Tired of giving this place the benefit of the doubt.
The staff is pretty friendly over all though. Just don’t want to keep spending money and not getting what we pay for.

The family that owns the Dunkin donut franchise believes in making their own donuts and the results are obvious. These are the best donuts for a Dunkin donuts anywhere in Maryland. They make them fresh every day. Most Dunkin donuts these days by them from corporate Frozen and then they bake them. These guys make their own donuts. The coffee’s great also. I highly recommend it

I got a simple iced coffee with LESS ICE and 2 cream. What do I get? A cup FULL of ice and a splash of coffee topped off with a disgusting amount of cream. Thank you for charging so much money to always get the order wrong…

Not a bad location, definitely in need of a remodel and exterior uplift. The inside is configured poorly so it was a little hard to find the pick up window for online order. The inside is a shared space with Baskin Robins. Drink came out pretty good overall

I do not usually leave reviews but this is the worst experience i have ever had with any fastfood place. I understand working fast food is not always a fun thing but both the women who took and worked on my order made me feel like I should not have came…and they did not listen to my order. I asked for a hot peppermint drink and they gave me an iced one with so much attitude I genuinely felt like I should just leave even with it being wrong. Plus when ordering, I asked for a moment to order and I literally heard the one woman sigh loudly on their microphone!! I only took about 10 seconds to look at the menu.They just made me feel like I was a problem for showing up and wanting coffee and an order of hash browns. I also want to state I was the only one in the drive through which made me feel even more like I was a problem.
I will never come back to this location again and highly recommend others don’t put up with this either.
