Ordered online and went to pick up was informed on line that order will be done at certain time.i arrived a couple minutes after it was to be done.Told them I was here for a online order told me to park and it would be brought out to me.Waited another 15 minutes they brought my food no drinks had to wait again for drinks. This is second time I’ve stopped here and had problems the time before this was missing half the order called and informed them and was told they would write my name down and what was owed stopped up to get missing food a couple days later and was informed my name wasn’t written down and was owed nothing.Management must not care about customer service and training of employeess this has to be one of the worst Burger King there is.Management don’t care and believe they want this restaurant to fail

A well lit and clean restaurant, with usually friendly staff. On a busy Monday, I had the pleasure of being waited on by a jovial and energetic gentleman named Wensell. He smiled and engaged in small talk, while quickly and accurately ringing me up and ensuring that I had everything I wanted. My delicious food was ready quite quickly, and I just had to devour it. I will definitely return. Best burgers in the area.

Best Whopper I’ve had in a long time! Just the right amount of condiments and made fresh and hot. The fries were fresh and great, too. BK has the best value for the money and is very inexpensive. Excellent job, Keyser BK!

Has gone down hill. 25 mins to sit and wait for a drive through order. After getting it the food sucks. Fry’s undercooked and extremely salty. Takes so long to bring the food out because they will have 8 plus vehicles waiting for food and they will wait for all their food to be done to bring out the others. Meaning the first person has to sit and wait until the last persons food’s done making the first persons food nasty. Have it another chance but still the same bs as it’s been. Use to be so good now it’s a POs bk. Update I tried it again and order was messed up way way too much mayo and the fries seem to be salt with a little fry mixed in. Will never go back I tried to get my order right from them (just a normal plain sandwich) and it’s always wrong. Don’t even bother.

We stopped at BK on our way home about 5pm Sunday. Only one other couple was there. Son placed our order. Who ever made our burgers didn’t care. There so much mayo and ketchup on them that they slid apart while eating. We could tell the burgers were not fresh because the cheese didn’t even melt. Went to get a drink refill and saw the gal doing the cooking eating fries and some kind of nugget thing while at fry station. The gal “working” the window was laying on the counter. We couldn’t eat the burgers because of all the mayo and ketchup which made for very soggy bun.
On the way out we had to walk through a haze of 4 employee cigarette smoke. They were on both sides of the exit door.
We will only eat there when the happy, great black is working!
