Immaculate vibes, staff is friendly, funny, and the playlist is always perfectly curated. The line can be to the door and the workers are still upbeat and move quickly. This employee in particular goes above and beyond for everyone and always remembers the regulars; sometimes I just ask her to make me whatever she suggests that day, because it’s always good. She deserves a raise!

I have been a regular guest at this Sweetwaters location for the last 10 years. I lived next door and LOVED the random Sunday Waffle bars they had pre COVID. The Dreamy cold brew and all of the teas are some of the best. Thanks for being one of my favorite places.

Every single employee is extremely personable.
However, the quality of lattes DRAMATICALLY changes based on who’s working. My latte today was burnt, 2/3 of the cup (if that), and very much not worth $6.50. This has happened on several occasions. The photo below was before I had even tasted it.
I come here several times a week and will now be leaving when I see a particular employee at the register.

This place was ok, glad it allowed my puppy but being busy shouldn’t mean unfriendly or rude. I ordered coffee and was there a while and needed a cup of water, I was pretty much told no due to busy orders. I am all for can you give us 5 min or come back in a few. I was ended up given water but it was hot, so I’m unsure what was the purpose.
Other than that my pup was given a pup top and the water looked liked it was contaminated.
