We really enjoyed our visit to this Kure. The quality of the meats was excellent—fresh, well-marinated, and cooked beautifully. The overall atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a group meal. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever they came by.
The only area that could use improvement is service speed. There were noticeable delays when placing orders and getting refills, which slowed down the experience a bit. Having more frequent table check-ins, a quicker refill system, or an easier way to request items (such as a call button or QR ordering) would make a big difference—especially during busy hours.
Overall, it’s a great spot for Korean BBQ with delicious food. With slightly faster service, this place would easily be a top-tier dining experience. We’d definitely come back!

Went to KURE Korean BBQ yesterday and had such a great time. Even though we showed up a little late, the staff welcomed us with smiles and made sure we were taken care of without any issues. The service was honestly so good that I’d come back just for that alone.
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was friendly, and I’m pretty sure I left a few pounds heavier (worth it!). This was my third visit and I’m already craving to go again soon. I didn’t take many pictures because I was too busy enjoying the food, but here’s a couple anyway.

Ryan at Kure Grill provided an awesome experience. He was very friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was taken care of. His service was quick, attentive, and he had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell he really cares about the customers and making sure they have a great meal. Wonderful halal kbbq place! Lots of meat options as well as chicken wings. The inside is nice and clean. Service is always smooth and we really enjoy the different kbbq options. For busy dinner times, call ahead and make a reservation they do get busy.

Searching for HALAL all-u-can-eat Korean barbecue eatery? This is the best restaurant you can find! By just adding an extra $4 from the regular menu ($28), I was getting the best items: all things bulgogi (both beef and lamb), baby octopus, rib eye steak, and all things chicken wings. Galbi gui (short ribs) was not up to my palate standard, can be better with more marination and overnight immersion. Kimchi and other condiments were OK. Servers attended our order quickly. Ice cream was nice! They have 9 four-seaters, 3 eight-seaters, and 1 private function room. Come at 4-5pm for dinner on Sunday would get you a table for sure. Place can be crowded quickly. Good choice when we are in Houston!!

Kure has been a delightful place for my wife and I to enjoy Halal Korean BBQ in Houston. The chicken wings are addicting. We are regulars of this restaurant and intend to be as long as it is around. Friendly staff and good service.

How excited was I to find out that there was a halal korean barbecue place in Houston?? The limit does not exist.
We came in the afternoon and it wasn’t very busy, but that was good for us, because we have never been there before and wanted to try it out while they were slow.
Because I love appetizers more than anything, I’ll give the rundown on that first. The creamed corn was delicious, and we actually had that multiple times along with the kimchi, and the savory pancake. As far as meat goes, the spicy bulgogi ended up being our favorite. All of the meat seemed in good quality and was sliced then so it was cooked quickly.
We had a toddler with us, and so I was a wrangling her while my husband manned the grille. It’s just something to be aware of because you might think that it sounds like fun until you realize that children and an open grill right on the table table probably should not be in the same sentence. Although it was seriously so good, we are already looking forward to our next visit.
Just be careful with young ones.

For $28.99, you can enjoy ribeye steak, short rib, seafood pancake, and Korean fried chicken. The food quality is excellent.
However, the service can be slow because there are only 2-3 staff members, so you might have to wait a bit when ordering and getting your food.

This is one of the best all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ restaurants in town. They provide very good quality of the meats. The service is fast and friendly. Our beef’s favorites are: short ribs, boneless short rib, hanging tender, tongue, and ribeye steak. Additionally, we love thick cuts of pork belly, pork jowls, lamb cube, and thinly slice lamb. It is definitely worth $29 person. We eat here possibly once every 2 months.
