I had an amazing experience thanks to Manny at Gauc and Roll! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — from helping me choose the best combo to making sure my order was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. His friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. You can tell he cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The food was delicious (as always!), but Manny’s great service made it even better. Definitely coming back — give this guy a raise!

Theeee BEST food I’ve had in NR to date and one of my now favorites locally!
We walked in and were immediately welcomed with a hello and smiles. Huge selection of FRESH MADE in house food, everything was explained to us. We ordered a taco bowl and a steak burrito. When I tell you the servings were massive it’s an understatement (see pics). The service was fantastic, food was amazing, restaurant was very clean, with a continual flow of people. Now I know what everyone has been raving about and you won’t be disappointed!!!!

This place is not the same since the passing of the owner. The food was bland, the food did not look appealing at all. The lettuce tasted old and
the restaurant smelled like chemicals when I went in today (1-28-2026), I couldn’t even smell the food.

I had a burrito bowl, my husband steak tacos. We both loved our lunch.
The owner was super nice, wanted to be sure that we were happy with our meal. We’ll go back for sure next time we’re in the area.

Easily the best burrito I have had in the area. My girlfriend picked one up for me a few weeks back and I had to go check out the location! The staff was extremely friendly and on point with my order. The owner I believe stopped by my table to ask me how everything was, I found that very classy and appreciated chatting with him. If you want authentic Mexican food you need to check this place out. I would highly recommend this location.

Today’s lunch was absolutely fantastic!!! I was able to have a discussion with the owners about their experiences in their journey to New Richmond and working as a family business. I had the cilantro rice with chicken and veggies, and it was my best meal there yet! I’m going to be a regular!

Amazing lunch at Guac N’ Roll today. Got the veggie bowl with all the extras and it was super fresh & delicious. Owner was working and was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful start to the weekend!! We’ll be back

I ordered here as it was within walking distance from my hotel, and here’s my thoughts:
I ordered a chicken burrito with most of the fixings along with chips and queso, and my original impression was so-so mostly because the chips were pre packaged and not made in house. I do like that the cup of queso was large enough to enjoy all of the chips with, 3 stars overall here.
I did a little day drinking and saved my burrito for this evening, and idk if it’s the booze talking but I am enjoying it more than I expected; tasting onion and I think green pepper along with the salsa and chicken and it’s hitting really nice right now. I even saved a little queso for dipping purposes, and it seems to have paid off. I read a few reviews stating various problems but tonight my burritos fixings were proportionate and quite tasty. 5 stars here.
I was thinking Chinese but took a chance on this place and was pretty happy overall, if I ever come back here I may frequent again.

Satiating In every sense. Many places have decent food, but most don’t hit every every note when it comes to providing freshness and taste. Guac N’ Roll provides something where every part of the meal is fresh and delicious enough to be used as a meal of its own. I ordered two burritos and tres leches, all of which were delicious.
New Richmond needs more places like Guac N’ Roll. Places with quality food and friendly people.
