I ordered for in store pickup on the app 15 minutes before I arrived and I still had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be made. Meanwhile they are churning out the food for the drive thru for vehicles that came well after I got here. At least they have good music playing I guess.

Service from Yara deserves a 0000 not very courteous at all very rude! Was in drive through didn’t acknowledge, came in she made eye contact and continued to ignore my presence and didn’t even apologize for the wait! Asked other coworker in Spanish is she still there?!

I’m super sad that this location has gone hill so badly. I live right up the street so this has always been my Go To Taco Bell. The staff was always amazing , fast and it was good!
I’ve noticed in the last month a huge decline in not only simple politeness with staff, slow orders and malfunctions.
Now I know places have issues and aren’t always going to be 100% every time at a fast food place. But I’ve come into the issue of them advertising things they can’t even make (the new Redbull mix) you can add to drinks. Haven’t even tried it because every time I’ve attempted to order this from them from THEIR menu their machines or down ir they don’t have the ingredients. I went yesterday for a quick snack but got stuck in there line because their card machines were down but we didn’t know this until coming up to order. Things happen, so I tried to go again tonight. WELL all of their screens are black and they couldn’t take any orders with their POS system? I am GIVING up on this TacoBell. Sheesh..

On everything I love this is the worst excuse of a Taco Bell I have ever encountered. I work over here and love Taco Bell and I have tried to get food here a handful of times and EVERY TIME it has been the same miserable lady telling me they can’t serve me for whatever reason. I haven’t been served once because they always have some sort of problem. She’s extremely rude about it, and if the food is anything on par with the service it would be horrendous, probably borderline inedible. Do not even try to order from this Taco Bell. Save your money and your sanity.

Edit 3/10: Just tried to grab lunch at 11am and sat in the drive thru for 3 minutes. Noone answered the headset and no one was at the window. This location is an absolute joke.
This is now the 3rd time I’ve gotten a completely wrong order in the drive thru from this location. All have been during the evening. It should not be this hard to get a simple order correct.

Before I go on, I must clarify. The 2 stars are purely due to the lady working the make tables being clearly overworked and exhausted but still treating us with amazing respect. All to consistently with Taco Bell in the North Denver area, I have never seen a manager helping the staff. Being a long-time food industry employee myself, I understand that without good management, the entire operation will collapse. It’s upsetting to see such promising employees be drained from horrible leadership. Taco Bell from 84th Avenue north to 144th Avenue needs restructuring. I digress, we ordered for 3 people and wanted to try the Cantina Chicken Taco. It was honestly pathetic. There will be attached photos of the nearly $12 worth of taco that isn’t worth $4. They forgot our fries, I called the location to let them know I was returning, and I got the sense of being condensended to. Again, the lady working the line instantly prepared the fries fresh when I arrived and was still very polite to me. My crunchwrap had tomato on it and I won’t be able to eat that but mistakes happen especially from an overworked staff. Anyways Taco Bell I know you can do bette. Fix the management issues.
Update: 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer my call.
Update: took 30 minutes for my call to be answered. Taco Bell I will not be returning to any locations in the North Denver Metro Area.

There’s a reason this has such bad reviews. Came to the drive through on 1/9/26 at 1125am. I waited what felt like a while before finally getting asked if I will be using my app to order, I said no then got no response. I waited for someone to ask for my order and called out to the pa to see if anyone is there but no response. “I figured they were busy and would get back to me”. Instead after patiently waiting I get an extremely rude “well are you going to order”. I said I didn’t know anyone was even there. Decided to take my money elsewhere, no need to pay for rude and lazy service. If you want T-bell just drive the extra few miles to a different location.

Order taker and staff were super sweet and helpful! 10/10. That manager on duty can use an attitude check tho. I forgot to ask for no tomatoes for my order and the eye roll this girl gave me was unreal! I just took my order as is because I was clearly a huge inconvenience for this manager. As a manager of a food establishment myself, she could really use a good 1 on 1 about how to deal with customers in general

Got some chicken soft tacos, 3 doritos supreme tacos, and a #6 combo. All the crunchy tacos were broken, soft tacos hardly had any chicken, soda had no ice because ice machine was broken and they didn’t let us know while ordering. All this for $40. Absolutely ridiculous. This place needs new management.
