First time visiting this location, place is accessible thru snowmobiles. Tried their classic treats and when requested staff were friendly enough to serve with Hot brownie as they usually doesn’t serve hot brownie. Both the treats we ordered were made perfect.

I have no idea where they get their beef (or whatever it is) that they use for burgers or what they pay. I do know its gross and grey. It isn’t just this DQ, this is the second and last trip to a DQ for a meal. Top shelf food if its desert. Not a place for a burger unless you are not hungry.
Go straight to the Dilly Bar or Buster Bar. Maybe chicken and the fries are always really good.

The people seemed a little nice but not great service.
Then after we all went to eat our food I was even more disappointed opened upy flamethrower to find almost no lettuce and no sauce n the cheese was not really melted meat a bit cold.
The chicken strip meal in the picture was supposed to have extra gravy but there was NO gravy at all. The receipt even says extra gravy!! Furthermore ALL the meals with fries had COLD FRIES!! Who wants cold fries?!?!?!!
Overall we will not be going back to this Dairy Queen again.

Since when is Dairy Queen microwaving their burgers? The hamburger was terrible…it tasted like a horse barn smells! The wrapped burger was so hot ….the bun was hotter then the patty of meat! The odor that came from the hamburger was disgusting! Waste of my money!! Threw the burger out the window …..Come on Dairy Queen you can do alot better then this!

Ordered a salad and a six piece garlic Parmesan chicken strip chicken strips were not sauce did not receive sauce for salad or four for salad and they tried to take the food back through the window to resauce the chicken nuggets and then give them back to us when we came back. Only people in line and order took 10 minutes just to find out everything was wrong.

Been going to the Eagle River Dairy Queen for many years. Always a wonderful place. Now, I can’t really speak to the work efforts of the staff but I’m very disappointed in what I consider to be serious price gouging. I stopped earlier and wanted a large Diet Coke, $3.49 plus tax is their price. Its insane! And given me other stops there in the past few months I’ve seen all their prices are seriously beyond reasonable. The only redeeming deal is their 2 for $5 for a select few items. Even their chicken strips are lower in quality than they once were. Although I won’t say it’s a bad place all around, I will say you’re much better off spending your money at a more conventional restaurant as this “fast food” franchise charges the same if not more fir lesser quality and quantity of food for you and your family.

We had a good meal and ice cream, very clean and friendly Honest workers. I dropped my wallet and called the next morning. They called me right back after they found it outside with everything in it! I can’t thank them enough!

Horrible! Absolutely horrible! Whoever was in the kitchen needs fired. 10 minutes wait for a grilled chicken sandwich, which I was ok with. Then the food came out (we were in a hurry to get back home or I would’ve open it there) and when we opened it, to our surprise there was 1/4 chicken breast that was mostly burnt and dried out. The guy on the mic sounded like he just came inside from smoking a joint. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Great DQ! $7 value meal was perfect for the kids. Food was hot and came out fast. $2 upgrade to Blizzard also a good deal.
