The best pizza! We get the Deluxe thin crust and it is amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. We drive from St. Louis area to eat here and have yet to be disappointed. We love Monicals Pizza.

This place was pretty basic. Not bad, not great, so was the food.
The thin crust pizza was nice and crisp. The cheesy garlic bread didn’t taste like garlic at all and the meatballs seem like basic frozen meatballs from GFS, surely not homemade.
We are driving cross country and ordered our food for pick up planning to eat in the camper, but changed our minds so we could enjoy it hot and crispy. We asked if we could eat on the dining area instead and the young lady at the front counter was very nice and offered to get us plates and silverware. Then I heard a young man say something like “They can eat in here, but they’re on their own for drinks.” (Please, note that I tipped 18% on our pick up order.) We asked our waitress for drinks and she was accommodating, so I went up and paid another $6 for 2 sodas and a water, and tipped another $5 to our waitress.
The whole experience was very “meh”.

Monical’s is the perfect place to call ahead and order a pizza for the road! Thin and crispy with perfect sauce and no drips while driving. Delicious!

Happy for a gluten-free option, disappointed in the salad ..a couple olives or peppers would dress it up a bit not to mention their version of of dressing wasnt what i expected . Pizza tasted good but could use more cheese…toppings fell off. Prices reasonable! DISCLAIMER: ITS COVID 2020 Delivery service was good!

6/9/23 couldnt order pan individual…was told out of pan dough at 7:30pm. Couldnt get tea refill cuz they were out. Would be a great place to start a pizza place our tea looked like picture????

Stopped here for a late lunch / early dinner while on a long drive. Friendly staff and the monicals menu hit the spot. I had a meatball sub that did not skimp on meatballs. The pleaser option with a salad is a great choice. I added the mozarella sticks and they were good as well. All in all I recommend this monicals. The building may be old but it’s got great food (not just pizza) and friendly folks.

Celebrated my mom’s birthday here with family . By far the best monicals around. Always excellent service, food, management and atmosphere. Food is always on point . Went on a Monday for the large 4 topping pizza deal . Well worth it mmmm and that French dressing never gets old. Highly recommend.

Great dining experience, the food was warm and tasty, with a nice selection of toppings and the side selections were great also. The employees were very polite, courteous and attentive and made sure everything was good. The place was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking and conveniently located just off the Interstate.

Best thin crust pizza and worth the 11+ hour drive from Texas. I’ve been to several Monical’s locations and Arcola is the best every time. I always try to go as many times as possible during my visits back to Illinois.
