Little longer for kids meal! I don’t know what happened! They gave a complimentary entree for the next visit! That’s how you take care of of your customers! My granddaughter loves the restaurant! I love the salads! They are a Christian Company! I love it! Check them out! The workers are always nice. The best customer’s service!

First time we’ve been in a Chick-fil-a like this. It’s not the normal fast food place but has a different layout and more of a sit-down restaurant feel. Like usual, the food was great, and we got it quick. The dining room was busy and clean. The only issue I had was that there were not a lot of places for a family of 5 to sit. Most spots were for 2-4 people. The restrooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stop in and eat here.

This location is pretty bad. I went for spicy chicken and ended up with a gross egg biscuit. Bad news. Not unique to this store, but I hate not being able to read a menu in the drive through.

I love chick fil a and go to this location often to grab a meal when on the road. However, I have been given the wrong meal SO many times. I ordered a Cobb salad today and received a completely different type of salad. Multiple times prior, I’ve ordered grilled chicken due to a gluten allergy and then I receive fried. I pull away, notice the mistake and then just realize I’m out $8. There are nice people working at this location but I have been given the wrong meal at least more than 20 times. I will not be going back to this chick fil a and cannot afford to keep losing money on food I cannot eat.

Every time I come to this location it is absolutely amazing!! The food is always fresh and delicious, it is always very clean, and all of the employees are amazing and really give that wonderful feel good chick-fil-a experience! Jessica especially deserves some extra recognition, every time I come and she is working I get excited because she is just so good at her job and so kind! I always walk away smiling after interacting with her! She goes above and beyond with her costumer service!

Busy location, right off the high way, in a lot that has poor traffic designed.
Nice restaurant. Open concept. Newer style of service. There’s no counter staff. It was strange. Lucky I do mobile anyways so it didn’t bother me.
The inside was nice, modern. The lack of staff presence however creates a strange feel, not too lively. Tables were nasty. I had to go over to the sink near the bathrooms to grab some wet paper towels and wiped down my table.
God was good.

My sister and I stopped at the Chick-Fil-A, in Hamilton quarter, today for lunch. A young lady (I’m sorry, I did not get her name) took our order as soon as we walked in. Our orders were delivered quickly and separately by a young man and Becky, who asked if we needed anything else. I asked for some nugget sauce and a small bag, and she delivered both quickly. She came by a few minutes later and took our drinks for refills. Before we left, she came by again and asked if there was anything else we needed. Becky was efficient, friendly and conscientious. The food was very good, atmosphere pleasant and the service was excellent. All three employees contributed to making our dining experience a good one. Thank you.
