I called and they said they will tell the owner as they are using new bread and not sure if will continue or not! Type of bread make me a decision as well!! That’s why I don’t want Jersey Mike: or somewhere else!

My husband called to tell carbone’s that our pizza was not fully cooked. He called 3 times. The first two times the phone rang and then disconnected. The 3rd time someone answered and my husband talked to the guy and he said he would send another one. My husband said ok, do you want….. then click the call disconnect. Either the guy hung up on my husband or the guy thought the conversation was over. Either way there was no apology or any concerned for the super uncooked Pizza!
Side note… they just dropped off a new one and we showed the guy the uncooked meat and dough. His response was well some time they get busy and pulling it early!

The most disturbing thing was when I was ordering, At the counter,
and I saw a big mouse walk across the floor in the kitchen ,
and I told the order-taker and he didn’t even seem to be bothered by that
The pictures look better than what was actually there,
it was a flat Pizza.

I’m always charged more than the total. I’m not talking about the credit card surcharge, as that’s listed on the total. The amount varies and generally not a lot, but it’s always more. If I’m picking up, I mention it and they immediately remove the extra. If delivery, not so easy. I mentioned it to a driver once and suggested she bring it to the owner so she could get that extra money as her tip. I don’t know if she took me up on my advice.
Please fix whatever is wrong with your system. When what you charge doesn’t match the total I’m presented with, it’s a huge turnoff.
My husband placed an order last night and everything was fine until the driver said our cc didn’t go thru, husband told him he would call in the morning to clear it up. This is the second time the website did this. This am husband woke up to many harassing phone calls from driver telling him he needs to call and give them out cc info. This guy called numerous times telling my husband “If you don’t answer I’m going to call back 10 times until you do”. My husband turns off his phone at night until he gets up in the am like many others do. So my husband calls the store around 1115a and whoever he spoke to started yelling at my husband telling him he should have picked up his phone. He backed the rude driver. I don’t know if he’s the owner but this is the absolute worst customer service we have received from anyone. He was just as rude as the driver, is this the way to conduct business now?? No, when my husband asked to talk to the manager he hung up on my husband. We will never go there again and I would not recommend anyone else to go as well. Hope you heed my warning. Have a nice day.
