Went to get ice cream late on Fourth of July and had a wonderful experience with Goldie who was working the counter. She was amazing. Very polite took a bunch of orders. Sold us a huge chocolate cake, which was incredible and was probably the best service I’ve ever had a Dairy Queen across the United States will come back and see you again Goldie you’re the best!

This is a nice place to stop and eat. The store is very clean inside and outside. There is a fire place in the dining room and it was very cozy. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. The food was good and they made my fries crispy the way I like them. The only issue I had was the portion of shrimp I received was not to DQ specs. It was about half the portion size that I should have gotten. Other than that, this was a great place to eat.

Absolutely worst DQ ever. Will never go back, waited in line for a half an hour, had us pull up to wait for another 15 minutes never brought it out. Only ordered ice cream! Went in to get it and was super rude never apologized or even said a word. Rude employees.

Waited 20 minutes for our food and when we finally got it. It was horrible. Fries were soaked in oil but not even cooked. Gravy looked like it had water in it. Very upset with it. We did not eat the food at all.

This is the nicest Dairy Queen I have ever been to anywhere in the country! Super clean, super nice servers, great food! There is even an area with comfy seats and a gas fireplace to sit and relax!

We were the only ones in the restaurant when we ordered and the drive thru only had about 3 cars. The lady at the register was very nice but when she told the kitchen I wanted my fries well done he loudly said “really?” in an annoyed tone. He was being very rude to her throughout our time there and was making comments when she asked how he was boxing the food. Our fries were soggy and looked like have been sitting for quite a while and none were well done. The toast that comes with the chicken tenders also looked like it had never touched a toaster. It was just bread and butter. Not very impressed and probably won’t be coming back.

Friendly service, food came out quickly and was very fresh (burning hot fries).
The table service offered at the Millersburg location is a great touch. The team member brought my meal on a serving platter and had utensils ready and offered ketchup for my fries. They also included extra napkins because I had ordered the sauced and tossed tenders. I would have never expected FSR level table service in a QSR setting.

Always fresh and the staff is soooo friendly, usually get lunch or dinner.
Sometimes service is slow but they do get very busy, especially at meal times.
Bear with them, they’ll take care of you(:
I will say that the biggest issue I’ve had is the kids in the back, cooking. They can be VERY rude to the staff up front and I’ve heard them cussing back there, most recent was a few days ago. The girls up front were so sweet and apologetic for those kids actions,which is why I did 3 stars for the atmosphere, instead of 1. I get being at work and messing around but when there’s customers nearby? Come on.

Staff were rude,and the kids were just ignorant in general.food was disgusting, cold and bread with tenders were stale let alone the tenders tasted like they were left out to long and just reheated in the microwave. The only thing nice about this place was the restaurant was clean.Dont wast you’re time or money here.
