You would think for getting paid $20 an hour. You would pay more attention to your orders every time I come to this Jack-in-the-Box location I order my food with no cheese and every time I get all the way home I always end up with cheese on my stuff so I have to go out of my way after working a long hard day to go back to the location to have them remake my order absolutely horrible DO BETTER!

Zareth was our cashier/server and took our order and was attentive to what I was asking for and gave no attitude like some workers there. She gave me the exact precise amount of sauces I asked for. Which is rare in this jack in the box location, overall gave us an amazing service with a genuine smile on her face.

After ordering the 18 piece honey garlic Sriracha boneless wings I attempted to make it a combo and was told no that’s unusual to be told no when you’re trying to order more so I went down to a 12 piece instead as she continued to explain to me that she could not fulfill an 18 piece combo for the honey garlic boneless combo. I kept correcting her that I wanted the honey garlic Sriracha boneless combo She confirmed, but omitting the Sriracha part and I finally figured out why as I sit here and eat it there is none even though it’s advertised as that. There is no spice whatsoever now as you can see from the picture it wouldn’t matter anyway the lightest drizzle around some dry chicken pieces is not what I had in mind for my lunch today. This is going right in the garbage and I’m going somewhere else.

Over 20 minutes waiting for an order of a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and 3 jalapeños! The employees ignore you and don’t serve you until you speak loudly to them, and the bathroom smells awful.

Walked in to a no line counter. Waited for five minutes to order, when I asked to order I was told to use the kiosk. Normally not a big deal but this was a special order for a grandkid and I wanted to place it in person. Rude unfriendly environment.

Everyone is always friendly, helpful and efficient at this Jack in the Box. The food is always good even when we try something new. I highly recommend driving to this place even if it is a little longer than other fast food places. I always enjoy visiting here. Oh yea and there food is less expensive than other fast food places.

Went in there, and it was a young man that totally got my order messed up don’t know if he was a beginner or not but requested for french fries, but he end up giving me curly fries twice I was so disappointed and aggravated. He even forgot to put mayonnaise on my burger and he told me that they can’t re make it for me keep in mind I’m paying money for the way how I want it and I didn’t get that. Called up the manager in the morning and she totally fix the problem. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ We need more managers like Betty leaveing as a happy customer

went through drive-thru,noticed order was wrong on screen. I corrected the person though speaker, then when paying for my food noticed on receipt that it was still wrong. I told the person what I wanted again and they said okay I’ll have them correct it, I wanted no lettuce on my chicken sandwich. They put no mayo I corrected then when I got to the window it said no lettuce and no mayo, I said I want the mail not the lettuce. I got the lettuce and a big huge clump for a turtle and no mayo and the chicken sandwich was dried out beyond belief french fries cold as usual never a good experience when I go there Palm Springs Jack in the box not good
