Asked when I got there if they were hot and fresh got to my house, the cheese pizza was burnt and the pepperoni pizza wasn’t even cut. Yes they did give me a new pizzas, but I had to waste my gas to drive all the way back over there was not happy.

Ordered 2 pepperoni classics through the app got there and the guy wanted me to pay for it again. I showed him the receipt he tried to say they stop taking orders at 9 then said 9:30 why are you open till 10 then. Then he insisted I was tryna scam him into giving me free pizzas. This happened Tuesday night so there I was no food to eat and never got my $13.98 do not go here and definitely don’t use their app. Update: did go into today and talked to the manager about the whole situation and they made it right and got me my 2 pizzas

If I could give no stars then I would. Ordered ahead and went through drive thru, lady rolled her eyes when giving her the name the food was under, had to keep repeating myself cuz she was to lazy to come all the way to the window, very rude and disrespectful. And then charged me $1.00 for crazy sauce when I ordered 2 crazy combos and only got one sauce. The sausage tasted expired. Food was terrible. Service was terrible. I’ll never go back to that location!

I ordered 2 pizzas extra sauce. They dropped one so we had to wait tell they made us z new one. That one had a 6 inch spot with toppings. So they made us a 3rd one. Still no extra sauce. Called to make it right and was told we couldn’t get new pizza for over an hour.

The quality of the food has gone down significantly in the last five months and it wasn’t top notch to begin with. It’s obvious that this location has a high turn over rate as far as employees are concerned. It’s almost like who ever is hiring just doesn’t care. The fact that that food is handed out burnt, hard and dry is terrible. I don’t mind waiting on fresh pizza but today we got one that had no sauce on it at all and the other one was dry, looked old and the dough was hard and couldn’t be chewed.
