The food is always amazing, but what truly makes this Mexican restaurant so special is the people. The workers and the owner have become just like family to us. We’ve been coming here for so long that I’ve honestly lost count of how many years. You’re always welcomed with kindness and the best service. Hands down the best restaurant in town. Los Toreros is a great “little hole in the wall”. It’s small enough that the service is great, all the staff is extremely friendly, and we didn’t have to ask for refills. We normally ask for the same waiter each time, but he was enjoying some time off. We found that it doesn’t matter who is waiting on us, they all provide great service.

If it’s in a strip mall, it’s going to be good, from my experience anyway. From the chunky garlicky salsa to the spicy burrito to the grilled zucchini and grilled mushrooms all were tasty. Great lunch specials for $7.50. Over 15 items to build your own lunch until 3 pm.

We went here on a whim as we were traveling and wanted something authentic and local. We found the spot. From the time we walked in we were greeted by the happiest people and seated right away. We had some shrimp as an appetizer and it was good! We also had a ribeye steak covered with mushroom and onion, my was it good! The buffalo wings were very very good too!! Will definitely go back and highly recommend this family oriented restaurant!! Well done !!

You can’t beat the lunch special here, with how delicious it is and the cost you’re paying ($8.50 for four items!). The service is very good and the location is easily accessible right near the intersection of McQueen Smith Road and Fairview Avenue. Definitely recommend for great Mexican food!

Always passing this place but glad I stopped today. Standard fare Tex-Mex cuisine and everything was great. Service was top notch and the place is very clean and well staffed. Food came out quick and refills kept coming. It wasn’t that busy either, only coming up positives.

This experience was disappointing to say the least. I ordered an entrée that clearly includes a specific ingredients, which was completely missing. After confirming this and notifying the server, he repeated what I said, laughed, and walked away without correcting the mistake or offering any solution.
Two others in my party were also missing included sides that are clearly stated on the menu as being part of their meals. When this was brought up, the server insisted the sides did not come with the entrée, despite the menu stating otherwise.
Being asked “are you okay?” while refusing to fix multiple errors felt dismissive and unprofessional. This involved the only tall, heavy set male server working at the time. No accountability was taken, and no effort was made to resolve the issues. Poor service and lack of basic customer care completely ruined the visit.
