Placed an ASAP delivery order at 5:10pm and it is now 6:35pm and I have just received my order. I ordered through the papa John’s app and eventually got a message that door dash would be delivery my order which I thought was weird. The DD driver said she would be here in 14 minutes and that was 22 minutes ago. The door dash showed up with the pizza without it in the warm bags so the pizzas are lukewarm at best. Awful experience will never order from this location again.

Ordered a big order and had the wife pick up while she was in town… She drove home to Cadiz and they forgot an entire pizza and the wings to give her! The manager said she would refund the entire order since according to her, she could not refund partial orders… She never refunded it and was rude the entire time like we did something wrong…. absolutely horrible service.

I ordered 3 Philly Cheese Steak Papadia’s, each had 3 pieces of meat in them and the rest was dry bread. The restaurant had about 7 employees present. 6 people had long hair, NO hair nets. There was a hair in one of my Papadia’s. The manager offered to replace my order. He remade them and they looked exactly the same when he remade them.
Nevermind the fact that I drove all rhe way home and back. He made sure to weigh out the meat in a measuring up (making sure not fill up the cup. It was a 1 cup measuring cup that he fillid about 1/4 of the way). After the 2nd try.i opted for a refund. The sandwiches do not look anything like they used to look nor do they taste like they used to. The service was garbage and inconvenient. I won’t be patronizing this business any time soon, not for the Papadia’s any way. I took photo’s for you to be the judge. You literally get one bite of the sandwich that may actually have some of the meat you pay $6.99 for.

I personally would not recommend this particular Papa John’s location.
It took 2 hours & 15 minutes to get a cold pizza that wasn’t even my own. I also witnessed a female employee drop 2 different items onto their dirty floor & pick them both up.
After she picked them up she placed the container back into the stack to be used again which I observed the cook using it to put someone’s food in. She then dropped a garlic cup on the floor, picked it up & opened the pizza box & placed it in with their pizza & I observed her walking to the drive up window & handing it to the customer.
I got one excuse after another as to why it took over 2 hours to get my pizza. I was told by an employee my pizza was being boxed up. 15 minutes later I inquired again as to why it was taking so long to put my pizza in a box, only to only find out from the cook he didn’t have an order with my name on it. There just so happened to be an old one sitting on the shelf so the manager took off a label that was on the box & handed it to me. It was awful. Cold, leather like & was tough. Although on the behalf of the manager she did refund my money however handed me someone else’s pizza that was old, cold, & tough to eat. I appreciated the gester, however an older colder pizza that no one picked up should have never been handed to me. Also when I ordered, I made it very clear, no peppers on my pizza or in the box due to an allergy but I got it anyway.
I will not ever be returning to this location.

It’s now been 2 weeks & I still haven’t received my money back in my account & I’ve asked for a Top mgrs number and they refuse to give it to me.

Food tastes great. Both pizzas we got was sliced wrong. It had large pieces and small pieces. But while waiting for them to ask my name I watched an employee that was making up boxes walk over to the counter that held the completed orders and open a box that looked like cinnamon bites and eat one then walk away to make more boxes. She did that three times while I was waiting. I don’t know if the box was hers and she just kept it there with the orders or if she was taking bites out of a customers box before putting the seal on it.
