The BEST one in Glen/Ed area! The service is always on point. They know their customers damn near by order! I will go out of my way to come to this one because of the staff and the way they know how to execute my drink to perfection. They even take your orders like they want to be at work!! I enjoy them so much. Thanks to this staff for being great!

I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch with extra crunch large. I got up charged for something I didnt even ask for. The girl at the window was ignorant with me as well as the other girl making my drink. I asked the girl at the window why is there an additional charge after my card was swiped, she said she could’ve sworn I said I wanted it. I said, thats not at all what I wanted. So her and the barista making my drink were talking about how im being a Karen and said is she serious? Gave me a refund but still was being disrespectful in front of me with the window open and laughing. My drink is very runny looking and melted whipped cream on top.

I went through the drive thru today and my child was screaming the whole time while the employee was taking my order. As I was driving home i realized the words “you got this” was written on my cup and it made me feel so much better in that moment. I think it was the guy at the window who took my order and I wish I could remember his name, thank you so much!

This locations dine in area is just too small for me, when its busy there’s hardly any room to comfortably stand in line or look at the cups. Otherwise the service and food/drinks are always top tier.

This location has become faster for drive thru service. I don’t go inside. Since the new location opened on the other side of town, I generally visit it due to speed in the drive thru. I’m glad the speed has improved. Employees are always friendly.

This place is so spotty with service. Sometimes it is fast and then sometimes it is extremely slow. Also, twice in the last 3 months they have been out chocolate chips for Frappuccinos. They are out of the stoppers for hot drinks constantly.

Went here tonight and Adam was super nice in drive thru. I got my wife a Carmel brulee and when I took it inside to the wife I noticed it felt light. I popped the lid off and it was no where close to the top of the container.
Employees are still super friendly!

I wanted to share what an amazing and nice crew you had there 5-20-25 mid morning. I’m a Door Dasher and I had an order that was going to Troy. I picked that order up and left and had to slam on the breaks to avoid an accident ~ the drinks went all over my car and she’s my pride and joy. So I go back to Starbucks feeling defeated, they came out and asked if I was okay, remade the drinks, and gave me towels to clean up the mess! You never know what someone has going on in their life ~ and they made this girl that’s struggling in life ~ they made my day so much better. Their kindness and compassion was truly amazing! Thank you so much, great job!!!!

The people at this Starbucks are very kind people but I’m tired of going and they can’t even make my coffee right, on top of that you have to wait in a line for about 30 minutes. I order the same thing every time so I know what is supposed to come out of that window. Please go to the other Starbucks in edwardsville if you want correct fast service. I’ve went twice in 24 hours and it’s been wrong both times. I am including a picture of my coffee to show the difference. Both Trenta cold brews with cold foam on top.
