DO NOT ORDER HERE! manager is a childish joker. ordered pick up later during the night when they had 3 workers and no extra customers. We ordered 2 large pies (they looked like mediums) we had 5 people eating pizza when we later realized after 2 bites, how undercooked and thin crust and no sauce pizza (we asked for hand tossed) we went back asked nicely for them to fix the issue by either making us 2 new pies or refunded us the amount. the manager ALEXIS was so rude and did not stand by the register to attend us and left to do his “job” which was standing behind and goof around with his other co worker. we did not create an issue just asked them to fix the error that was made. left disappointed and frustrated.

This was one of the worst Domino’s experiences I’ve had. The pizza arrived undercooked — doughy, pale, and not even close to edible. To make it worse, they didn’t provide basic essentials like plates or red pepper flakes, which are standard for a pizza order. When I called to address the issue, Alexis, the manager at the time, was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed zero interest in resolving the problem. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care, customer service, and attention to detail here is unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Consistently some of the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Called the store today because they were open on their online store and when I asked if they were open I was cut off with “no no we don’t have anymore food we are closed” at least take your online store off the app if you are closed.

I’ve been a regular customer at this Domino’s for a long time, and I’ve never experienced anything like this.
Tonight, I walked in to place an order and was immediately treated with extreme disrespect by a young employee who identified himself as Alexi, claimed to be the manager, had braces and an arm tattoo. When I asked for a pizza, he abruptly told me to “get out.” When I calmly asked why, he said they weren’t taking orders, which was fine, but instead of leaving it there, he continued by saying he didn’t owe me any explanation and that it was “his store.”
The interaction was uncomfortable, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I was polite the entire time and did nothing to warrant that behavior. Being spoken to like that ruined my night and made me feel unwelcome in a place I’ve supported many times.
If this individual is truly in a management role, that is deeply concerning. This behavior does not reflect the customer service standards Domino’s is known for. I sincerely hope corporate reviews this incident and takes appropriate action, because no customer should ever be treated this way.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I placed an order yesterday, and my house is only 4 minutes away. About 35 minutes after placing the order, I received a notification saying that my order had been delivered, but there was no order at my address. When we called the driver, he said he had dropped it off and then hung up the phone. Later, we called customer service directly, and they told us the order was on its way. We waited another 20 minutes, but the order still hadn’t arrived. When we called for the third time, we asked them to resend the order (because I’m pregnant and I needed to eat this), and they reluctantly agreed. After waiting another 30 minutes, guess what happened? The driver went back to the wrong address and returned the order. There were no fresh items, and nothing was warm. I will never order from here again.

ordered a large pie, but got 2 small ones instead. Wasn’t even told about the order change. When our transaction was completed, I was waiting for the receipt but the worker THREW it at me, landing on the floor. I’m holding the 2 pizza boxes and can’t go down, yet this worker is smirking laughing and on her phone and refuses the pick up the receipt she threw at me. 2 other workers there saw everything and ignored. Horrible service. Was a frequent monthly customer but will never be coming here again.

Always an issue lately. Issues with delivery, wrong order, drivers error, and with food quality. This Dominos has really taken a nose dive over the last few years pandemic aside. They often recook food and deliver as new to customers. Not the first time and usually with bread products and chicken. BEWARE!! Meticulously check your order!

I personally enjoy Domino’s food options. The pizza tastes very good, and the workers are very kind to their customers, as well as thoughtful. However, there could be more seating options in the store. Otherwise, I recommend this place!!
