Me and my friend Yajaira come here multiple times per week. The coffee is amazing and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere is nice, clean and the service is speedy. We can’t stand Starbucks since tasting Factory Roast and it has become a part of our morning routine. The drinks are creamy and full of flavor, in contrast to Starbucks, which is watered down and made by baristas with differing skill. If you want quality coffee made by a skilled barista I’d recommend stopping by and getting a drink at Factory Roast.

My friends Troy and Yajaira come here all the time, but I usually get it about twice a week. Honestly, this coffee is absolutely amazing way better than Starbucks. It tastes so natural, and the people who make it are incredibly sweet. They always have a new flavor, which makes it even more exciting. Every sip makes me feel warm, happy, and just really good. It’s such a simple treat, but it’s honestly one of the best parts of my week truly something special to start off my day.

They have morning and evening hours, but are closed during lunch hours (10:30-2:30), FYI. Food offerings are mainly breakfast pastries and bagels, which are all delicious and generously portioned.

Honestly probably the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to. Significantly better than any chain locations and a strong competitor to any small coffee shops I’ve ever tried. The wonderful lady and gentleman were very interactive with my toddler.

This place is awesome. The proprietors are just as sweet as their cinnamon rolls, they care about their customers and quality, the atmosphere is cozy and it smells good in here. One of the things that really stood out to me is that it’s obvious they are having fun and enjoy what they’re doing. I haven’t checked, but if they have WiFi, I’m coming every day!
Anyway, it was my first time visiting and I’m glad I did. Good way to start the day, face the world with some positivity.

What a great place! We stopped in on the way home to charlotte and it was worth the detour. Great service! They get local baked goods which my husband enjoyed. Vanilla latte was delicious. Would stop again!
