WOW. You guys are rockin it tonight. We ordered Pizza and didn’t expect it to get put together, cooked, AND delivered by just over 14 minutes. That’s wild, and the fastest I’ve seen a pizza show up since the 1990s, it’s also super tasty. You all at this store – you guys rock**!

Revised: Really disappointed with this location! I ordered a thin crust pizza which is normally delicious. Tonight was dry and lacked flavor. When I went back inside the manager told me that’s just how they are and if I ordered it ever again, that’s how it would be every time. Shocked, I then asked if she was serious?! With a confident look, she inquired of the toppings were correct. I was dumbfounded. The reason I was disappointed was with the dry and flavorless pizza and she asked if the toppings were correct…
Finally, I asked her if she cared whether I was satisfied with my experience. She clearly did not because she proceeded to offer a refund…
I accepted the refund and I’ll never order from this location again since “the pizza will always be dry and flavorless” and their manager is ok with that.
I received a follow up from the GM and he did a great job earning my loyalty back. He asked me to give them another try on him and the next time was much better. I don’t understand what happened my previous experience but thank God it wasn’t a common issue.

I am always one for giving the benefit of the doubt because I have worked in the service industry but this experience was a bit ridiculous. I ordered on the app and was alerted the order was delivered. Nothing at my house. I called the location they told me drivers were in the area and to see if they showed up in the next 5-10 min as they were experiencing issues with the app. Totally understandable. Waited another 20 minutes. Nothing. Called back was told my order was going to be remade and sent out. Another 45 minutes goes by. I check my phone and have a missed call from the driver. (sadly bad service at our house and call never came through, that is on me) But call him back and he told me he couldn’t find our address but was looking at odd numbers on the other side of the street instead of even numbers on our side of the street… told me he would come back with our order. In between called the restaurant and told them the dilemma. Two employees (Logan and Austin) were extremely nice and helpful and refunded me. I asked to please charge me the tip for the driver. Order finally showed up after 2 hours. Would have been fine with that but this is what the pizza looked like when it showed. up.
Do your self a favor and just order from Cosmo’s. Shows up on time and delicious every time.

I made a simple order, 2 Large pizzas for my kids. After we waited the 49 minutes, which is cool because it’s Friday. The driver Olivia, rushes to our door and hands us the wrong order and quickly leaves, doesn’t see us waving her down with the boxes in my hand. The receipt on top shows a totally different address. She’d given our order to her first stop and didn’t know what to do so just gave me his order, which was also wrong! I called the number on the receipt and the other person did have my order. I called dominos and was told that they would remake my order. 30 minutes later, tracker shows Matthew this time on the tracker in a dead end that streets don’t connect to mine. It shows delivered, it wasn’t. As I’m walking around looking for it, Matthew pulls up. The pics below are what I received.

Unfortunately we won’t be ordering from Dominos again We put in an order last Saturday (11/13) and the pizza crust was under done but what was worse was we found a splinter of wood in the pizza. I called and spoke to a manager who apologized and assured me that our next order would be free. A notation of this was supposed to have been put on the account. We called in an order today (11/17) and it took a while for them to find the note about the free order and then when the delivery arrived there was only one pizza, when we ordered two plus wings, and it looked as if it had been tossed around the shop. On a positive note, the delivery person was kind enough to go back to get the rest of the order and took everything back when I canceled the order. Sorry Domino’s, two strikes you’re out.

We order from this Domino’s quite often. Tonight, Makaila made our pizzas. They are always good, but tonight’s pizzas were AMAZING! We have completely different orders because I’m very picky…lol
The amount of sauce was perfect for me. I order light sauce and my husband likes extra. The toppings were the right amount on each pizza. One pan and one thin…guess which one is mine…lol

I’ve switched from Blackjack to Dominos due to better quality ingredients and faster service. Unfortunately the last few times I’ve order from the Elizabeth location the quality of the pizza has been poor and the drivers have not been rude and unprofessional(did not even say hello). Upon receiving my order the pizzas were piled together in the boxes like they were thrown around causing the cheese and toppings to stick to fall off and stick to the boxes. Do not recommend this location. I’m glad to say the Lemay location exceeds my expectations every time amd the staff is always friendly and professional.
