Cute pizza place but food leaves a bit to be desired. Ordered Blazed BBQ with no onions (it had onions anyway) pizza was drowning on BBQ sauce and minimal cheese. My wife ordered GF crust also Blazed BBQ, drowning as well and the crust slightly undercooked and hardly any cheese.

It has been a while since I have been to Blaze Pizza so I was surprised to see that their menu had changed. However, the person who took my order stated that we could still order pizzas from their old menu. I don’t know how long that will be the case.
We ordered two Take two pizzas (a build-your-own & meat eater) with cheesy bread. I like that you can custom-make your pizza as the pizza travels down the assembly line. The pizzas cook quickly enough and I love the taste of their thin-crust pizzas. I will also say that of all pizzas I have eaten, Blaze Pizza has the best reheat of a leftover pizza I have ever had. By following their suggested reheat instructions, the leftover pizza tastes as good as when it’s first made which is impressive.
In our party, we had some food allergies, and for the allergies in our party, this was a safe place for us to eat. I would definitely recommend eating here.

I go to blaze at least twice a week and every time it’s amazing. Yes it takes a little while to get through the line but I enjoy conversations with employees and people in line. The manager Shelly knows me by name and always has a smile and extremely helpful. Good pizza and great service is what makes a restaurant successful

A new restaurant with great pizza. First I want to compliment the staff. They were very helpful in helping me build my own pizza. I started with a Cauli crust, added pesto, fresh mozzarella cheese, chicken and just about every other option for olives, mushrooms and vegetables. They cooked it in a wood fired oven. It was about $20 but I have 3-4 meals for me. Nice clean business with a great lunch atmosphere.

This place has gone down hill since 2022. Dirty glass around food, prep counter needs to be cleaned and not even a hello. Really need to have a manager on duty. Young people are cheap labor but they miss drive to be proud of a job environment. Do better be better.

Completed an online order at 4:15pm for a 6pm pickup. 1 large pizza, 1 reg pizza, fast fired meatballs and cheese bread. Food was awesome, I however waited until 6:35pm for the order to be ready. Manager was nice, I understand things come up, you have to tell corporate to update your alerts on the app. If you’re going to be behind, let the customers know.

This location can’t seem to get it right.
The pizza is always overcooked. The mobile order through all is always late (tonight by 25 min- total of 50 min from submit to receive).
We’ve had meals where they forgot to give us meatballs. Tonight the meatballs were cold they were done so far in advance from the pizza itself.
We’ve had blaze pizza in many states and loved it but we are at the point where we’re not really interested in the headache anymore.

Pizza is good but they never seem to have orders ready on time. I placed an online order and it said it’ll be ready at 5:53. I got here at 6:05 and they didn’t even start yet. It’s 6:15 now and they said it’ll be another 10 minutes. Not even a sorry from the workers
EDIT: had to bump it down even further after we got home. The pizza is usually good here, but after all the delay at the store this is the crap they gave us. The pizza was so bad my kids wouldn’t eat it and they eat everything.

The all toppings same price is a great deal. I have a gluten allergy and they took it with great caution. My partner told them to load his up and they really did, as seen in the picture. For the price and customization it is very worth it! My only complaint is that for such a thin pizza it was very rubbery/undercooked. Unsure if this was just the gluten free dough lacking gluten, sometimes it’s just like that.

Absolutely Terrible Experience – Never Going Back
We drove over an hour to pick up a pizza from this place, only to be handed the wrong order. When we returned to get it corrected, the staff first blamed us for their mistake, which was completely unacceptable. After arguing, they finally admitted it was their fault—but their attitude was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. No apology, no effort to make things right. The entire experience was pathetic and left us with a very negative impression. We will never visit this location again, and I strongly urge management to take customer service seriously. This is not how you treat paying customers.
