There were only 4 cars in drive through and it took them 20 minutes to service. I get to the window after 20 min and still have 2 wait for my food. This is SLOW FOOD!!! and unacceptable.

Had a few problems with online order. They refused to provide coffee said it was only for breakfast, missing dip for chicken listed clearly on online order, missing sour cream, said no after asking for extra butter. Right in the middle of trying to resolve my missing items, lady completely ignored me and started giving away free food item to friend that stopped in, other employees were like why are you asking for food that you didn’t pay for, then lady came back and delivered food items that she was able to grab. Although the young lady was severe Attention Disorder, she at least tried to retrieve missing items after each time going through the chain of denial, don’t know what you are asking, we are all out of butter and dip, then giving wrong dip, then getting the butter they said they did not have. I feel sorry for businesses that can’t hire quality help. At least they didn’t bring their 4 year old daughter and ignore them yelling for help while they worked in restaurant, like other Wendy’s.

At 1:00 pm on a Sunday this Wendy’s is out of receipt paper in the drive-thru and the workers shorted me by 2 cents on the change. I’m wondering if they’re actually out of receipt paper or they just decide they don’t give out receipts. It was a good thing I looked at that screen so I knew how much I was charged before I got up to that window. It appeared the worker was not planning to give me the correct change until I said where’s my pennies, I know you are out of receipts but are you out of pennies too? The worker then proceeded to give me my change After he had to notify someone to come open his drawer. What was bizarre was they asked me to back myself away from the window so that they could get the drawer open. I have no idea why. The chili is full of beans and less on beef. Good thing I bought an extra jr beef patty to make sure I had beef in my chili. I’ve started doing this at Wendy’s because somehow the ratio of beans in Wendy’s chili has taken a drastic uptick. The food has become inconsistent from the standpoint of on any day that you go to Wendy’s you could either get a bowl of beans or a bowl that includes beans and a reasonable amount of beef.

Stopped in for lunch while on the road. I order a chili with cheese and sour cream and a large chocolate frosty. When I got to work and opened my chili the cheddar had what looked like mold there was sour cream and the frosty look like they ran out of mix no chocolate flavor at all. I called up to the store about the mold and the only thing the girl said is I’ll go check it. I assume they are timed because this location has you back up behind the yellow pole after paying if the order isn’t ready. They obviously could use some management and staff that pay attention to details. Now the money I spent was much but everything went in the trash

Got to say best service and food from Wendy’s go here few times a month for lunch. Who ever manages around lunch time are doing a great job. Wish other locations were more like this.

This place has gone down bad. First sign i should’ve went on Grosebeck. Cashier we not accepting no large bills. Ordered 40.00 worth of food. fries was old and they forgot my 10 piece nuggets. Now they not answering the phone. Don’t go here

They forget salt or that you don’t want ice in your pop, and that’s just the result of high-pressure food, but uncooked chicken was the last straw. If i get salmonella in the next few days, I’ll know where it came from.

Breakfast was on point!! Honey butter chicken biscuit was fresh, hot and yummy. Potatoes crispy and fresh. Service with a smile and efficient. My visit was !!!!

I recently visited this location and went through the drive-through. I was asked to move forward so that way their time clock will not seem like they weren’t moving fast enough or something like that. I waited in line for almost over 10 minutes for very few items. During this time I drink all of my soft drink, and when the manager came out to give me the food, I simply ask her if I can get a refill or another one As a courtesy for the long wait She asked if she hadn’t given it to me, which clearly was a clear indication that she did not listen to what I just said. I politely reminded her she did and again asked for a refill as a courtesy for the wait. She shook her head no and I politely said OK. Please do not expect anything other than the same old attitude and un courteous behavior.

Rude, nasty, obnoxious drive thru host named Nikki got irritated with me when trying to confirm my order. Horrible people skills, I don’t see how corporate would allow someone that rude to deal with customers as their face. She needs proper training or a new job.
