OMG!!!! I just purchased several pizza’s to give to my sweet neighbors – we have all had enough sugar for the holiday’s and I felt like a nice gift would be a small pizza for each one – I chose Papa Murphy’s because they are made fresh – they are loaded with cheese and pepperoni ( these are my favorites) and if the person doesn’t want to eat it right then, they can refrigerate or freeze until the want to eat it. One neighbor told me ” It’s better than a scented candle because the smell just fills the whole house and brings you back to memories of being a little kid again”…… another neighbor said that they will save theirs and have it after the Christmas Eve candlelight service as it will be the perfect late night snack while watching their favorite movie….
I have found a new “gift” to give – and don’t forget the mail person or anyone else that provides a service for you – you could even pick up a few of these and bake them and give them to the fire station or police station for those that have to pull the Christmas Eve or Christmas day shift……….This is, hands down, my favorite pizza!!! And it takes less than 20 minutes to bake – I like crispy crust so I baked mine for the full 18 minutes……. and you know it’s a good pizza when you pick up a slice and the cheese just stretches with it!!! 🙂 To management and staff at Papa Murphy’s, THANK YOU!!!! And God Bless You All – Merry Christmas 🙂

These people always deliver nearly perfect quality and service every time. I order online and am always greeted by name when I pick it up. The quality and value of my pizza is exceptional.

This is the best pizza on the planet. Take and bake is the way to go, but you gave to be patient. My only complaint is they wouldn’t honor my emailed coupon. Why send coupons if you won’t honor them? What cares if I am from DFW. This is the thing I dislike about franchises. Subway in DFW are the worst.

Friendly staff. First time use of ordering from my phone. It was a little confusing but will be easier next time. The order was perfect. Love the location on S Broadway!

I used to be a big papa Murphys fan many years ago when you could get a family size for 10 bucks. I’m not sure you can now because I’m sure the prices gone up but that’s what I’m not going to talk about in this review. I got a free pizza of my choice because of the app and well my wife wanted some pizza too. Since she does not eat gluten or dairy because of health reasons I went to order the gluten free dough and dairy free cheese they had. Also it only came in a medium which sucks. The whole thing cost like 18 bucks and the free deal only covered 16 dollars which was fine. I picked it up with no problem, popped it in the oven, and had some. I gotta tell you I was not impressed by the flavor of the crust and cheese. Now I am a vegan pastry chef so many dough and cheese is not hard for me but the taste is what matters. Sorry Papa Murphys you try again. If you like have a wife or yourself have health issues then yeah it’s there. I hope Papa Murphy’s reads this and tries to improve it and if not I would not pay 18 bucks for it. The pictures are for what you get and when it is cooked.

Its my favorite pizza. Thin crust is the best, just enough bread to hold the great toppings. We have pizza, 2 to 3 times per month. No other pizza can match thin crust Papa Murphy’s pizza

Edit: Ok, obviously you dont handle criticism very well. Its my right to come here and give an 100% honest review. If you will look more closely, I have handed out many 5 star reviews to those that deserved it. Their is no intentionally trashing, but yea, I’ve been to your establishment many times in the past years ago when you opened and didn’t like it. Sorry you can’t handle that. But yea, it takes 30 seconds for you to make me a pizza crust on one of them paper trays. Asking full price for a cheese pizza is rediculous. Maybe you should try to work more with potential customers instead of trying to point the finger back at them.
I called to find out if I could buy just only the pizza crust. Guy explains to me “sure”, but he would have to sell it to me as a large cheese pizza and put the sauce and cheese on the side for like 11 bucks. That’s pitiful. I decided quite a while ago I didn’t like the flavor of the sauce here, or the kibbles and bits type meat toppings that have ruined pizza chains everywhere since about 1994. To each their own but I don’t enjoy fast food pizza. I have learned to make my own from scratch, that aren’t prebagged junk. I thought I might be able to do some business with this place and pay a reasonable price for just a pizza crust, to save me the trouble at home. NO CAN DO. 1 star.
