If I could do negative stars I would this place some bs like I order from here a lot on delivery and yet up til last week they give decent portions on there pasta bowl and there tator tot box’s but this here lately they been skimping out on my shit pisses me off like bruh how am I gonna pay 9 dollars for a pasta bowl and be able to see the metal tin at the bottom from it being less then half way full and the tots don’t even cover the parchment paper like what?

I was there Jan-27-2026. I entered the store one latina lady was trying communicate order her food which was fine. 2-3 minutes at the counter waiting to get help, another person approached and got ask immediately what he need it. I told TARA cashier I was there and pointed my 2 pizzas. got my pizzas told her she was disrespect poor customer service!!! manager said long beard listen music care-less what I told him!! AVOID THIS POOR PIZZA PLACE THEY TREAT YOU TERRIBLE….. papa johns better, pizza better ingredients and of course better customer service 5 minutes from this Canova place!!

I came here a few times, but I’ve never been inside, but because of this heat, we went on. It was cool to see they actually make your pizza right in front of you. The wait wasn’t long at all. My kids and I actually enjoyed our wait there.

When they don’t have enough pieces of chicken to complete your order, they will just give you less, but cut them in half.

Sorry Kyle. But this is the second time this exact scenario (cutting chicken in half after cooking) has happened (to me) at the Conover, NC location.
The first time I allowed you to “make it up to me” with a free pizza.
This time, my poor review will stay up and everyone will see it. There is no making up for CHEATING your customers.

We chose this location for convince but three strikes and they are out!
The last three times we picked up pizza the order was wrong. The manager (very apologetic and kind) comped two pizzas to make up for it. Got home with those pizzas and one was completely wrong. Asked for extra sauce that had no sauce at all. Ask for extra toppings which were not added either. We will go elsewhere from now on.
