I ordered a single cheeseburger with no tomato and the amount of onion that’s on it is crazy and the Tomato that’s on it is even worse considering I said no tomato. However for the most part I don’t have these issues and generally like the food

I waited FOREVER to order at the drivethru. When I finally got there you cant hear them, they cant hear you. They did not have a single thing I I could think to order. I spent another quarter of an eternity waiting for the blizzard I didn’t even want by the end of it all but wasn’t not going to get anything because I couldn’t escape the line. I’m just plain done with DQ. Only decent establishment left is Neenah north.

Guy that took our order was really polite. It was 6:40pm when we were there. When he brought our food out- which didn’t take too long he apologized for the wait and even ran to grab me some ranch that I’d forgotten to ask for. He was so genuinely nice. Very refreshing! Food was good.

Waited so long to order at the drive-up microphone, we gave up. Had to wait in line 7+ minutes to leave because we were trapped in line. Drove down the street and picked up 2 chicken quesadillas a drink and saved $$ doing so.

My husband ordered a large hot fudge sundae, I ordered the Peach something blizzard. The large sundae was about the smallest sundae I’ve ever seen and my blizzard wasn’t mixed well at all. Peaches were hard to find but those hard pastry pieces were everywhere and not in a good way. Overpriced, and I realize it’s prices are probably franchise driven but it definitely cured me of going back again.

They did a great job tonight. We ordered a bacon 2cheese double and a regular 2cheese double and 2 fries. Everything was really hot and made really well.

Make sure you check your bag before leaving the Drive thru!!!! Tonight we ordered and paid for cheese curds, got fries. Expensive fries. Thanks DQ. Seems like they figure you arent going to turn around and go back once you are 5 miles up the road and realise they messed up your order. Not many options in Hortonville, or I’d never go back. It’s not that hard to get it right.

Went in there Friday night. Every sandwich on my order was either missing items. Or poor quality. I literally went to this location because they had food besides desert. Only professional person there was the manager. After I realized I didn’t received the fries I ordered. I was over it. I guess I’m going to neenah now.
