Had a delicious salad with blackened shrimp. It was so fresh and tasty. I was part of a 12 person group and our server was outstanding. She delivered everything fast and efficiently. Paying was a breeze since they have a system where you can use a QR code. Everyone in our group was very happy with their meal. Seafood is number one here, but the hamburger steak looked so good.

This restaurant was amazing. We just drove by and tried the food for the first time. Wonderful selection, daily specials, tropical atmosphere, price right and our server “Teresa” was superb. The food was very fresh and delicious. We even ordered a take out meal. The owner brought us the take out and said that the fish broken in half. So she cooked another fish at “No extra charge”. We got two meals. This is outstanding customer service. I totally recommend the Starfish Grill.

They do not offer doordash or GrubHub for delivery. If you want it for delivery or to go You have to pick it up yourself. Got the fried Mahi tacos with mango salsa and sweet potato fries. The food was good. Just wish they delivered or offered a delivery service.

We picked this place on our way home after a day trip to Emerald Isle beach (Friday afternoon). When we arrived there was plenty of seating. Service was excellent. The menu and specials were explained clearly as it was our first time there. Food came quickly, hot, and tasted amazing. Atmosphere was bright, friendly, and welcoming. I would recommend if you are in the area and are looking for good seafood. I will be returning.

Lovely grill restaurant tucked into the strip store off 24hwy near 9 mile road. The food is excellent and fresh. If you are looking for good food & relaxing atmosphere this the place. Enjoyed the food and waitress service was excellent. We have a new place to go for a meal.

I live close by to here but I’d never come by. Today was the day and I’m so glad it is! We got a friendly greeting as soon as we came in. We started with the tuna nachos which had the slightest kick to them which was awesome. My friend ordered the Jamaican jerk tuna tacos which were on special today. Queso crumble cheese, sauce, slaw and mango salsa!! Amazing!! He got hush puppies as his side which are homemade and literally some of the best we’ve ever had. I had the blackened chicken Alfredo (they make their sauce to order) which I added mushrooms and broccoli to. It’s almost as good as mine that I make at home lol For dessert we shared their Atlantic Beach pie which is super creamy and tasty with a graham cracker crust! Renee was our awesome server! She was friendly and had the best suggestions. I can’t wait to come back!

First time trying while on a trip. I was excited to try this place since the reviews were great and the prices on the website menu were very reasonable. When we got there the menu prices were much more expensive. I ordered the shrimp platter and the portion sizes were very small. I counted 10 shrimp. The service was good and the restaurant was very clean but I was not impressed with the food at all.
