Everyone behind the counter was so rude! They had all of three different bagels left at 12:30.. onion garlic, and chocolate chip. It also took about 20 mins to get a bagel lightly toasted a bagel sandwich and a small coffee. Also as we were waiting I was looking around and it was so dusty all over. Awful experience. Will highly not recommend.

Purchased a milk only to take a sip and find out it was 2 months expired. I went up to exchange it only to find out that all of the similar milks were 2 months expired. I informed the worker and asked to exchange it for a soda since those milks were all expired, and I asked to pay the difference between the 2 drinks. So the soda being $2.50 and the Milk about $1.50, I expected to pay .99. But instead they charged me the full amount for the soda, to which at that point I just paid because it wasn’t worth arguing and I’m not that type of person. But as my family and I sat to eat, they proceeded to sell at least 3 of those milks to children…even though I had JUST told them that they all were expired, and it was the same woman that I had talked to as well. No one went to clean them out of the fridge…they just proceeded to sell them as they were wanted. I understand if it was a couple days or even a week expired, but 2 months?? Then to not clean them out or at least remedy a situation? But then to continue to sell expired product? These things dont normally bother me but the lack of care within a food industry is concerning be cause what else is expired or being neglected then?

Ordered 2 bagel sandwiches for 17.83 received 2 bagels with nothing on them. Went and had them remake it. They dropped the ball again and didnt put meat on the sandwiches. 10/10 dont recommend spending your money here if you want breakfast

Well I’ve never had a problem with Big Apple before and today my order was messed up and had to pay for another bagel which wasn’t an issue I wasn’t upset I didn’t think I was rude in asking if She only charged me for one I get we wear masks and it’s hard to hear but this is my problem I know they have to see the bagel as they put cream cheese on it this was beyond burnt sad because I drive 23 minutes to get there I don’t mind waiting either but this today was unacceptable when we I know they are busy but giving someone a burnt bagel is just sad but I’ll continue to go but only to the south Washington one! Today they get one star when most times it’s a five I did try to eat it but nope to much for my taste buds

I’m not usually one to complain but the bagels I got this morning were not good at all. I got 2 Asiago bagels toasted with plain cream cheese and salsa cream cheese. The bagels themselves were over done and had hardly no Asiago cheese on them. Then with the cream cheese there was hardly enough to even cover the whole bagel. This just made me super sad and I will honestly probably never come back.

First time trying big apple bagels and for me, it was Divine! I had the turkey and havarti on a recommended bagel with scallion cream cheese and omg I wanted more!
Everything came quick and precise, i was in a large group and everything was made with decent timings.
The service was what I would expect, it was good but nothing outstanding and the location was nice but nothing that blew me away. It was a cafe, how can it be a 5 star for atmosphere when few people are in there 🙂
