I went to the Stillwater location and ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup. It was a to go order. So when I got home I noticed there were no noodles in my chicken noodle soup. How do you take a label and scoop up some soup and not notice there is no noodles. Thanks for making me pay $9 for broth.

I had to order on the kiosk. For what you pay for the cost of food here you shouldn’t have to do the job of the workers too. Kiosk said all drinks and desserts were sold out and visual stock said otherwise. My French onion soup was onions and broth. No cheese no croutons. I got 1 ½ cups of onions for over $6. My daughter’s kids meal came with less then a cup of mac and cheese and a gogurt for over $6. The quality and quantity was not worth the money spent. Plus when you pay this much for fast food you shouldn’t have to service yourself and then be asked to tip. No fast food service restaurant should even suggest a tip ever. They are already being paid above minimum wage to do their job. Not a service wage plus tips to equal minimum wage. Normally i don’t give bad reviews but i was not impressed at all in what i recieved for $30.

I really enjoyed my meal at this Panera. Everyone was super friendly and efficient. There was plenty of parking and even though I got there right before closing, everything was perfect and I didn’t feel rushed.

I usually don’t review franchise or large corporate restaurants. I’m make the exception just to say to got really good service today. Plus, I tried their pizza for the first time. Had no idea Panerai could do a nice pizza. Loved the crust. My son had the Mac and cheese, of course.

Excellent dinner! Christina the manager was friendly and helpful! The Baja chicken bowl was tasty ! The pick two sandwich and salad was plentiful and tasty. I ordered the steel cut oatmeal with pecans and strawberries (Yep for supper) it was just like grandma use to make. Prices were fair, restaurant was clean comfortable and cozy!

Jason – Catered my event and did an incredible job, I called the day before and asked to have the time of pick up moved up 1/2 an hour early, somehow the communication did not get to Jason. When I showed up, he was still able to get the order completed in time and the food was awesome. While I was waiting, I was offered a free cup of coffee, it’s the little things that count, customer service seems to be a lot art, but this restaurant and it’s employee’s get it. Thank you so much, I will make sure to do all of my catering with you from now on!!! Way to go!!

We had 2 Greek salads which are usually excellent at other locations. Both had a dozen or more rotted pieces of lettuce in them and half of the tomatoes were rotted. Brought it to the managers attention and she just said sorry and didn’t do anything to rectify the situation.
