We enjoyed our meal but felt that the pineapple was a little bitter and hard. The presentation wasn’t as indulgent as advertised but the other food ordered was great. Especially enjoyed the fresh guacamole and frozen beverage. Service was efficient and to the point. Would recommend for large parties as well as they have very long tables and the space to accommodate. Overall a fun spot to grab some food and have a drink!

Chose the ceviche trio, only 1 was worth eating. ACP was second meal. The rice was dry no cheese sauce. I requested more and added salsa verde it was then edible. It lacked flavor and meat. The drinks were way over priced 18-23$. I suggest finding a place outside of the city! We have found some really great spots over the past few months.

My sister was visiting from the UK for thanksgiving, and we decided to visit downtown Winston Salem, walk around and then settle down for dinner. Tulum was highly recommended by co-workers. The Ambiance was fantastic, the food was great and the drinks were superb.
Our waiter Angel was very friendly and offer fantastic service. He took lovely photos of my family, and we enjoyed a fantastic evening. The only complaint that I have is that my steak was tough, overcooked for medium well temperature. I returned it and told Angel about it.

My family loves this place here. Everytime we come we always have the best experiences! Fresh food quick service and also they serve HOPPYUM IPA on draft. When you guys come in here ask for angel he is the best waiter you can get he knows the menus inside and out an he plays no games

I came here on a Saturday around 6:15pm with a group of 3. We were sat down at a booth right away. The restaurant looks very nice and I appreciate the consistency with the theme of the restaurant. I ordered a Berry Refresher and it was strong, but enjoyable. I ordered the fajitas quesadilla and it all super tasty. The food came out so fast after we ordered. The other two with me also really enjoyed their meals. I would consider returning back to this

My boyfriend and I decided to venture out and try a restaurant we hadn’t been to before. We landed on Tulum, in downtown Winston, and we were very pleased with our decision.
Our server, Abraham, was attentive and answered any questions we had, along with providing his own recommendations.
For drinks, my boyfriend had a large draft beer, and I had the cucumber jalapeño margarita (which was huge!)
Our appetizer was the choriqueso and chip, entrees were the choripollo and the Mexicans Enchiladas. Everything was flavorful and came to the table quickly. Our total for everything came to around $70, which I thought was well worth the price.
All in all, I recommend stopping by Tulum for a great date night or just a good dinner with friends.
